La suite parentale se trouve au niveau principal et comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bain privée, un sol en bois stratifié, des portes coulissantes en verre pour un grand pont 10x40 et une tél��vision de 25 pouces. Les deuxième et troisième chambres sont en bas et ont des lits queen. ��galement en bas se trouve une salle familiale avec salle de bain compl��te, table de billard, canapé-lit queen, portes coulissantes en verre à grande terrasse 10x40 ombrag��e, télévision 27 pouces et lecteur DVD / magnétoscope. Le salon dispose de plafonds voûtés, de parquet stratifié, d'une demi-baignoire et d'une télévision �� écran plat LCD de 81 cm. Secluded in a cute little cove, very spacious. Loved the nature and close proximity to the water. Deer were right next to the driveway. Awesome neighbor lady showed me her perfect lake view. We all had a great time.

Check in/ checkout was very easy and simple rules for clean up at checkout. Hot tub was excellent! Beds were not comfortable and the cleanliness could’ve been better. We ended up not sleeping in the master king size bed due to it being so hard. A simple memory foam mattress topper for added comfort would be an inexpensive fix and updating the sheets is definitely a must. There were BBs, like from a BB gun, all in the carpet and long black hair in the showers so it does not appear that it was properly vacuumed and cleaned. Downstairs needs a new shower curtain liner as well due to some slight mildew. For the size of the house and how many it sleeps, it was an excellent price and we enjoyed our stay. Some minor updates and it would be perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. We couldn't get wifi to connect and it was 9:30 pm. Owner was prompt and answered right away amd was there to fix the issue within 10 minutes. We would stay again!

It was a beautiful home and perfect for our needs! Love the neighborhood and location! The internet password did not work and signal is not strong out there so good thing we didn’t need internet for work or anything. Hot was nice and pool table was fun!! Overall we would stay again!

The house was in a great neighborhood, however the cleanliness of the house was terrible. The carpets were stained up, animal food under furniture (we didn't have animals with us), mold on the shower curtains. When we notified the company they didn't have anything to say besides when the staff cleans they don't always have time to move furniture to make sure to clean anything. We will not stay there again, very disappointed and wasn't offered compensation even when we sent pictures of the issues.

This was a perfect location for our plans. House was perfect for 3 single adults. Had a issue with the Hot Tub and they sent maintenance right out so we could use it the following day.

Bedrooms were spread out for more privacy and beds were very comfortable. Pool table and hot tub were great for adult enjoyment. Very clean and spacious. We had 6 adults. Definitely recommend.

Very nice property!
Property was outfitted with all we needed and had a nice back deck for us to enjoy. A cousin even enjoyed the hot tub even though it was 100 degrees outside lol. Very clean and tidy. A bit outdated and the water pressure in the downstairs bathroom sink was almost nil. No problems with the showers or running out of hot water even though there were 5 adults and a teen. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful bachelorette party for my BFF, great time in Eureka. Property has a lake view of the marina and is very spacious.

Worked well for our group
This house was the perfect size for our group of 8. The under 25 crowd really enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen suited our needs well and we managed to cook several yummy meals. Only thing missing was sugar for the hot drinks.
Hubby got the Christmas tree from the garage and put his engineer mind to work to get the lights working. ..special bonus since we were there for a Christmas destination wedding.
Eureka Springs is a great town to wander around in for a couple of days. The Sun Fest grocery store was very convenient.
There were adequate pillows, blankets and towels for all. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations.

Nice stay
The house was nice, however last year we stayed at this same location. There is a very Dangerous wire fence/gate leading to the yard, I reported it last year and nothing was done to fix it.
I would hope that this is repaired/fixed before someone gets hurt.

Great location
This was a great size for our family. Take your pillows. Theirs were flat but we let them know they need replaced. Only has 6 bath towels & wash cloths. So maybe bring extra. Just a bit musty smell in lower level. We were only there a couple of nights and it worked perfect for what we needed. Would rent again.

Nice location, basic accommodations. Ridiculously tiny TV
Lots of positives, four adults stayed here comfortably with the 3 bedrooms and sleeper sofa. Beds were comfortable. Updating the TVs and a new coffee maker ( Keurig maybe? ) and this place would be really nice.

Pleasantly surprised. Pics don't do it justice.
The house is more spacious than it appears in the pics. Beds in all 3 bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen is generously supplied. Furniture and window treatments need to be updated. Minor cabinet repair is needed under the Kitchen sink. We really enjoyed the pool table and decks and the floor plan was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Friend Motorcycle trip
Property was very nice and spacious. We had 3 couples on a motorcycle trip, and there was plenty of space, plenty of showers and nice decks to relax when we were back from riding. Check in was easy and was just as explained, quiet little cul de sac, off the beaten path, we will definately return.

Beautiful house 😍 pictures don’t do it justice! Amazing price !!
We had an absolutely amazing time! The pictures online make the house seem a bit older and that’s not the case!! It’s absolutely stunning! Clean, great space for everyone! Bedrooms were spacious, good size family room, dining room, and kitchen! Had any appliance, dishes or cookware you could need!! This was our first time ever renting a place like this and we couldn’t have been happier!! Would 100% recommend this home to anyone!!

A great place for us 6 sisters to meet and catch up on our family.
Very comfortable and spacious for our sister get together. The kitchen had everything we needed. All 6 of us we very pleased. Would recommend this property for anyone.

This location is private. The views are increadible. The house layout is amazing.
It was a blast. The location is everything and more that a traveler would need to enjoy an amazing trip. And oh, lets not forget that there is a pool table. How cool is that?!!! The owners did an amazing job with the place and making it an awesome experience. I would definitely rent this location every time I would be in the area.

Spacious quiet very relaxing
We really enjoyed our stay! The space was wonderful! It had everything you'd need in the kitchen to cook! It had multiple TV's in different spaces as well as pool table chess cards alot of things to entertain! We had a very pleasant stay!

Great vacation rental
Property was perfect for a nice break. Would had liked to stay longer but the days were already booked. House has a very comfortable setting, spacious rooms, the top balcony was great for every meal weather permitting. The pool table was a lot of fun too. A huge plus that we loved was that we were walking distance to the Marina for any/every watercraft rental need.

Loved Larkspur Lane
This house was great for me, my husband and our 4 children. It was great to have a downstairs they could play. I love playing pool and was able to show the kids how to play. Loved the layout of the home with the master bedroom upstairs and the decks was an advantage to have. Only thing negative I can say is maybe an update to the TVs. The living room needs a bigger one so that families can watch movies together and be able to see well. Overall, we loved the property. It was very homey!
