Amazing single family home, biking distance to the beach!
Cette magnifique maison unifamiliale de 2200 pieds carrés à Grande à Canal Pointe a été construite en novembre 2017. Avec un excellent emplacement, des appareils dernier cri et des tonnes d'espace, vous aurez des vacances en famille inoubliables!
Notre maison est sur le côté est de la Route 1, vous pouvez donc passer plus de temps sur la plage et moins de temps dans la circulation. Apportez vos vélos et faites le trajet de 2 miles jusqu'à la promenade, ou arrêtez-vous dans l'un des excellents restaurants et bars de Rehoboth Ave. La maison est également à quelques pas du sentier Breakwater Junction pour ceux qui recherchent un long voyage à vélo.
Vous aurez beaucoup de place pour la famille et les amis avec 4 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains, ainsi que des espaces de vie communs spacieux. La maison dispose d'une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes et d'une grande salle avec des sièges confortables pour tout votre groupe. Si vous avez besoin d'encore plus d'espace, sortez sur le porche grillagé pour prendre un café le matin ou un verre après le dîner. La cuisine à aire ouverte est équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable et dispose de tous les ustensiles de cuisine et des couverts dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer et servir les repas.

This home is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, clean and comfortable! The hosts attention to detail is apparent from arrival! The beds are wonderfully comfortable as is the living space. We took advantage of the pool that’s available for use. The home is conveniently located within 10mins drive to the beach, attractions and many great restaurants! We enjoyed our stay!

House was like new with spacious bedrooms, living room and enclosed porch. About a 5 minute drive to the beach but probably better to Uber instead of trying to park your car. And it’s probably cheaper as well. Looking to book again next year

We had the pleasure of staying here for the week. It is such a beautiful home. It’s just a few minutes away from the beach, Tanger outlets and more! The neighborhood is beautiful. We had a doe and a fox visit us in the front yard! Can’t wait to stay again next year. The owners of the home are so kind and are easy to get a hold of.

This property was perfect for our stay. We were just a few minutes from good food, shopping and activities. The home was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. We’ve vacationed in Rehoboth many years and this was one of our favorite stays.

We had such an amazing stay. The property was clean, large and well kept. The AC & fans worked great and kept the house cool in the very hot weather. There was an issue with one, of the many, toilets. We were responded to immediately and the problem was resolved in under 24 hours. Great communication. We also couldn’t find the large brush one uses to clean the grill and 15 min later a new brush had been hand delivered to us. As great a stay as one could ask for. Almost didn’t want to write this review to keep such a great place secret. But the world needs to know!

Jonathan was fantastic to deal with and his home is beautiful. The fact that you do not have to deal with Route 1 to get to the beach made the location of this home ideal. My entire family had a wonderful stay and would recommend this home.

This property is well kept and in a very nice neighborhood. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. It is a short drive to the beach and boardwalk. We used the 2 pools several times. I definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was above and beyond expectation!
Owners were in touch with us as needed and the house was even better in person. Very spacious and clean. My mom is handicap and it was very easy for her to get around which was extremely helpful. Highly recommend 👌

We have been staying at this house for the past 3 summers. The location is ideal. The house is close to everything and you can get to the beach without going on the main highway. The owners are very easy to talk to if you would need to do so. The house accommodates our family perfectly. We had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was very clean, nicely furnished and especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. The large reclining sectional in the family room was a big hit. We also appreciated the beach chairs provided. Great communication from the owners! Thanks for a great family vacation.

We love this house for our yearly family trip to Rehoboth Beach. Easy access to Rehoboth and Cape Henlopen. Right next to the bike trail. Pool and fitness center access. Great place!

For about the last 10 years it has been our family tradition to spend Thanksgiving at Rehoboth Beach to combine a nice get away with one last time at the beach and to do our Christmas shopping at the outlets.
Most of the places we have stayed have been very nice for our family, but our family consensus was that none can top this house. The bedrooms were very spacious and the first floor open plan layout with a fantastic kitchen made it easy to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner.
Hopefully staying at this beautiful house will be a new family tradition.

The owners are awesome to deal with and this property is very clean, organized and beautifully decorated. A perfect beachy vibe! We were so happy with our choice. So close to Rehoboth Boardwalk area. A 5 minute drive, without having to travel on Ocean Highway. Highly recommended !

The house is large and has everything you could need. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Quiet neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. The community pool and workout area were a great bonus. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had.

This house is perfect for a family vacation. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable for grandparents, adult children, and young children. Ceiling fans in every room kept the house cool. The community pools are also large and clean. We had 3 cars and were able to keep 1 in the garage.

The home was clean and comfortable. Nicely stocked with kitchen utensils. Showed as listed. Owners were responsive and accommodating. We had a party of 8 adults and 3 children. All had comfortable sleeping and bathroom arrangements. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first trip to Delaware and we loved it ! This beautiful home was spotless and filled with every thing you could possibly need ! I cook for my family of 6 and this house had everything . The house is spacious and accomadating for watching TV or dinner with a crowd. We did not use the pool once which I was disappointed About but only because we went to the fabulous beach everyday! We shopped at all the outlets and enjoyed downtown Rehobeth for dinner , ice cream and shopping ! I recommend this rental and we will definitely be back soon !!

The house was in great shape, clean, and there was plenty of room for 9 of us. The location and community were very nice. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and a few of my kids friends stayed for the week. The house is clean, well-organized, and the neighborhood/house feel new. It’s a 2 mile walk/bike to the beach. I walked it every morning for exercise…. Also, very close to outlets and restaurants. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked. We hung out a lot on the screened-in patio.
Overall, very enjoyable! We usually stay in outer banks and are used to walking to the beach.. that’s the only drawback, but for the price, this was a very nice way to experience Rehoboth!
Also, house is close to route 1, so getting to Lewes,, etc is a little quicker than if you were nearer the beach…. You do need to bring your own sheets/towels (no rental option) and that’s different from other OBX properties we’ve stayed at.. requires extra planning…. Not ideal.. but cheaper if you don’t have to buy them…

Jonathan and Rachel were very communicative and quick to respond to questions and requests. When a situation arose with the HOA, Jonathan was very understanding and supportive. House was extremely clean and well-maintained. All of the necessary tools, appliances, and dishes were in the kitchen. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better home to rent!

This was our family's next year staying at Jonathan and Rachel's house. The house was very well kept and clean. The home owners are easily accessible if you would need to communicate with them. The location is a plus because it is very close to the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone :)

Loved the house, the neighborhood and especially breakfast and happy hour on the screened in porch. We walked to breakfast in Rehoboth, biked to Lewis and Gordon's pond on trials that are close. The house had everything an more that we could ever need and it was spotless.
The owners were more than accommodating and we look forward to renting again in the future.

This was our 3rd time staying at a house in this community. This house was perfect in terms of space and rooms needed to accommodate our family. The owner was very responsive when an issue arose and was quick to rectify it in a way that was fair to both parties. We would definitely book it again for a future trip!

Wonderful, well-equipped house in quiet neighborhood in a great location. Bedrooms are very large, kitchen is well-stocked, and screened porch was great. Owners very responsive and helpful. We were able to bike and walk into Rehoboth and found easy access to the beach and bike trails. Pool in community was very nice and easy walk from the house. We would stay here again.
