Location was perfect. Apartment had everything you needed example… cleaning products, cooking equipment etc

Fabulous location, well stocked and comfortable.
The fire alarm went off 4 times during our stay. one of those was at 12:30am. No fire, so it’s obviously malfunctioning.

Poor admin support, many phone calls made for a refund for another booking- still haven’t received it after a month.

location good however only stacker parking for 3 cars high shared amongst 3 different units. not suitable for 4WD. had to park on the street, not easy in Lorne.
there was a loud constant sound like a spa bath was operating 24/7. not peaceful at all. nothing that could be turned off, just bad design of the building. other units may not have the same issue but I can’t comment on that. fire alarm went off at 1.30am, no help from the emergency number provided, eventually I called the fire brigade myself after 40 minutes, from what I could decipher this has happened before.

Great position and very friendly agents. Well appointed kitchen, dining, lounge and balcony, although it would be good to have some optional covering over the balcony such as a wind out awning perhaps?
The twin bunk bedding in the 2nd bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, so much so that one of us had to resort to sleeping on one of the sofas in the loungeroom, which was thankfully bigger and more comfortable than the bunk bed. The bunk beds would be suitable for a smaller child, but not for a fully grown adult. Also suggest a bedside lamp in the twin bunk bed room. There was also a fan noise in the lightwell between the two bedrooms which went all day and all night, not sure where it was coming from, but was not ideal. Couldn't turn off the air conditioning either. The stacker parking leaves a lot to be desired, one of our party had a new car and was not comfortable with parking it in the stacker. We ended up parking both cars in the street behind the Waterfront Apartments which even though was opposite the police station and fire brigade, was not ideal. This review sound's like we had a terrible time, but is offered purely in an attempt at constructive feedback :-)

amazing location in the centre of Noosa, surprisingly quiet for our little 3yo day-napper, felt spacious inside and excellent customer service
bbq plates were rusted so we weren’t able to use this.
would have loved some kid friendly items like high chair/clip on chair and mayb a fold away change table.
no great car parking space so as our SUV would have been too large so we parked in the next st and walked back and forth which was only inconvenient due to the rain, otherwise it’s not too far away

The position was excellent
I don’t think the cleaners were very good, lots of hair everywhere and a film on the floor. Front veranda not cleaned at all and windows dirty. The staff at the real estate were excellent. They sent the cleaners back the next day, but they didn’t do much better. There was a vacuum at the property.... however it did not suck.
