Ja nie miałam większego problemu z tym , ale wejście za pomocą mobilnej aplikacji . Zdecydowanie dla osób dobrze radzących z różnymi aplikacjami mobilnymi. Fizycznie klucze tez są dostępne . Zawsze musisz mieć świadomość , ze telefon masz naładowany . To raczej do wiadomości !

Wasnt an issue but steps up to apartment maybe an issue for some.

Lots of space and well equipped kitchen.

No lift and steep stairs to fourth floor. The electronic key system was problematic at times and more trouble than it was worth.

All the stairs to the apartment, but this was known about in advance.

Ricardo was very accommodating and helpful. Very quick to respond to our questions. The location was excellent and easy to find. Quality restaurants within 700 meters. Shops and tourist attractions all within walking distance. You do not need a car. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor patio was great and had the weather been warmer, we would have used it more.

The TV did not have cable so we only had Netflix in German. We were unable to log into our own Netflix on the TV because of the settings. The cleaner missed a few things but Ricardo is aware and will be diligent in the correction of this.
