Le personnel est vraiment sympathique !! Sinon la chambre était très petite pour 2 personnes on a demandé a changer et on a eu une plus grande.

Nothing as I couldn't reach the hotel as their lift was out of order. They didn't have staff to help me to take my luggage up to the 3rd floor. So I came back and checked in some other hotel.
No working lift, no staff to help. Person in the reception counter was not much interested in customer satisfaction. It is on the third floor of a commercial building.

Location is about 500 mtrs from temple entrance.
This is NOT a Hotel but it,s a Lodge on 3rd floor of a Commercial building. Lift was under construction. Carried our luggage to Third floor. No one was to help. Room size was very small, No Refrigerator, No elec. Kettle.Bathroom was not clean, Toilet seat was broken, Bathroom door was damaged, Mirror was very stained. It was NOT a Deluxe room ( I paid Rs.1919.00 including tax for One Night stay) which I booked. We were forced to stay because it was 15th January a Pongal Day and all hotels were full.

The view of the temple is not bad.
Had to wait for almost an hour to check in even though I gave the exact time before arrival.
Damp room, stained and ripped bedsheets, dirty and old bathroom, the tap was broken. People shouting in the hallway all night.
Overall a really uncomfortable stay and I wouldn’t recommend it nor ever come back. Not worth the view or the closeness to the temple in my opinion.

The hotel was very near to the temple
First of all,the staff was very rude.The toilet flush was not working.On complaining,they insisted us to use bucket water to flush out.when we demanded for a new room,they shouted at us to vacate the room at that moment itself.we were not even given two minutes to pack our luggage.Until we left the room,they went on disturbing by calling the bell.It was both insulting and humiliating for me and my husband.We were dog tired after a long journey from Kerala.Being regular travellers,this was the most appalling experience we ever had in our travel

The hotel is at a great location. The west tower of the temple is just 50 m from it. Rooms were clean, and AC was also properly working.
