Cette grande maison est située à la périphérie de la ville de bois de Dwellingup, à environ 75 minutes en voiture de Perth. Dwellingup signifie «là où les sentiers se rencontrent», et est la Mecque du vététiste ou du randonneur passionné ou débutant. Le sentier MundaBiddi et la piste Bibbulmun traversent tous deux la ville.
Auparavant une petite maison à montants en bois du milieu des années 1900, cette immense maison récemment rénovée se compose de 4 chambres, de 1, 5 salles de bains, d'une immense cuisine gastronomique, d'une salle de jeux séparée avec table de baby-foot et d'une immense terrasse extérieure couverte. Un hangar pour entretenir votre vélo après une journée passée à profiter des sentiers et de la nature et une jolie véranda avant qui surplombe la forêt domaniale. La maison est climatisée et dispose d'un grand feu de bois pour ces soirées d'hiver confortables.
La faune ornithologique abonde dans cette région. Wrens, robins, cacatoès pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Les kangourous peuvent être vus fréquemment dans la forêt.
Dwellingup est également un endroit pour se détendre du stress de la vie moderne. La ville a un très bon café, des caves à proximité, un hôtel géré par la communauté et plusieurs centres d'artisanat.
Lane Pool Reserve est à proximité pour le canoë-kayak ou la pagaie et la natation. Il y a un magasin d'aventure en plein air dans la ville où des vélos et des canoës peuvent être loués, ou des visites guidées peuvent être organisées pour des activités de vélo et de pagaie.

Such a lovely cottage, 4 good size bedrooms and 2 living areas. Back garden and deck area was great to just sit out there and watch all the different birds that visit. Wood fire was wonderful and there was an abundance of chopped wood. The kitchen was well appointed and a good size. We really enjoyed our stay

We are a young family of 4 from Perth. The house was clean, spacious, extremely family friendly and well equipped with everything you need for a perfect family getaway. It has 4 bedrooms and a big gated backyard. It could easily and comfortably accomodate 2 families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Cottage and would love to come back to visit again.

We had the best time staying at this cosy country home. From the minute we pulled up on the verge out the front we all fell in love with the place. It was a perfect place to stay in the cold weather. It had a beautiful country feel, it was warm and cosy with the wood fire and split systems, great window views of the forest and backyard and my kids had a ball playing in the games room and the overly spacious backyard. Thank you for allowing us to share your pieces of paradise. It’s a family holiday where lots of em routes were made and one we will remember for years to come. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this beautiful cottage.

My two girlfriends and I stayed at this property for a weekend. It was just perfect. Great location and well equipped. Would highly recommend. Be aware no hairdryer, it doesn’t have it on the list but I obviously hadn’t read the list so 🙈

Lovely, big place to stay. Has everything you need in the kitchen and lounge etc. Only one bathroom but there are 2 WC's which is a plus. Lovely gardens and close to everything in Dwellingup

The location was great, easy walking into town. The property was nice and clean with good supply of kitchen equipment. Our only negative comment would be that it was advertised as 1.5 bathrooms (thinking full bathroom and maybe powder room eg toilet +washbasin)
It was a nice new bathroom but the .5 was just an outside toilet .

Such a wonderful stay at this lovely place. So roomy with everything necessary included. The location was perfect as we were able to walk most places.

We had a memorable stay with family visiting from UK. This was the perfect property to spend quality time with our loved ones. The children, in particular, loved everything about the cottage, the backyard and Dwellingup. We will 100% stay here again.
