Snacks were readily available for purchase, but had to go looking for the front personnel clerk. I also did this when I arrived. Loved the lounging area.

Breakfast was over too early. I didn't know until I asked "why I didn't have clean towels the following day". It would be good to let the customers know that housekeeping doesn't show up, unless one requests it. My phone was not functional either to let them know that I needed towels, so had to call the front desk using my phone.

Pillows and bed not comfortable. Low water pressure in the shower.

I have stayed here before and it was great for the price the first time I stayed. Bed was comfy and perfect sized room.

The first night the mini fride kept making this weird knocking noise. No big deal. The shower water pressure sucked but at least I could shower after a 12 hour drive. Saturday morning I go to get in the shower and there is less water pressure but I got in anyways. Then it just stopped. No water at all and I had an appointment that I couldn't be late for. When I went to the front desk no one was there and I couldn't just wait around. When I got back that night I was too mentally exhausted to deal with it. I tried to take another shower and it had limited waterpressure but I just wanted to go to bed. When I tried to shower on Sunday again almost zero water pressure. I gave up. Also the toilet would constantly run if you didn't manually reset the flusher. I paid extra this time for an upgrade and this was ridiculous. When checking out I was told they couldn't do anything about the price but would give me a discount If I stayed again. Totally not cool especially for the price I paid.

Horario solo 3 hrs de desayuno 6 a 9 y que pedimos un bote de agua y no la cobraron, se estába infiltrando el agua x el piso del cuarto, y la puerta lateral de salida tenía rebabas y me corte, le comente al personal de alli

Ils m’ont chargé 2 fois la chambre et j’ai tenté de communiquer avec la manager à 3 reprises et elle n’a jamais répond à mes courriels

Yall basically took my money and i didn’t even get to stay there? I got banned for trespassing AFTER paying for the room. Just unacceptable! Wanting to file a motion for a civil suit for discrimination and prejudice for being African American! Piss poor service!!!
