Convenient location, well equipped kitchen. Great to have secure parking.
More blankets were needed. Being winter and the heating didn't reach the bedrooms. Only 1 extra blanket and and a cotton bedspread supplied.Luckily I had 1 in the car. Light in range hood not working. Heater in ensuite not working.

It was a good sized apartment. Great location with a beach and playground across the road. There was also a lovely restaraunt downstairs. It was very easy to walk from the apartment to the main street where all the shops and cafes are located. Good street parking if your car doesn't fit in the secure car space allocated (like our cars). It was generally clean and tidy with a good kitchen and big bathrooms.
When we collected our keys, it was confusing as to what key/fob did what - so it would have been good to have a more detailed explanation about this. The beds were quite firm and the pillows were all very firm and high. Unfortunately, one of the beds was still dirty as there was sand and hair found in it. We bought sheets from the shops to go on the beds.

Close proximity to the beach and Kiama. Balcony and outdoor space was a bonus.

I surprised about some difficulties with communication as overseas visitors.
Lots of signs within the premises about garbage, furniture placement and potential fines which was off putting.

I didn’t think the staff were super careful I asked for 1 hour early check in as I have a 4month old baby but was told I cannot check in early as they had a cleaning inspection at 3pm (1 hour before our normal check in), I felt this was a bit last minute on their part and I thought for the money they should have tried to accommodate us

Location was good, close to cafes, beach, park. Facilities were ok, bit dated.
Overall disappointing as this was Not our first choice for accommodation. Our first choice was not cleaned when we arrived 4.15pm in a drenching thunderstorm, with a 5mth old infant and 2x elderly grandparents.
We had to wait 2hrs to be relocated by the managing agents, and we did get a small refund. We had to settle for 3rd choice, a townhouse, the majority of rooms all upstairs, not good for 1 of us with an ongoing injured knee.
It had no view from tiny balconies, just room for 1 or 2 people.
It only had 1 garage, which our car couldnt fit in. The owners had left a lot of their own stuff in it. Our 2nd car had to park on the street.
It had a tiny ensuite downstairs, with no heat lamp lights plus the bed and pillows were too soft in the downstairs 3rd bedroom.

It’s the perfect spot to be if u don’t want to drive around everything is at walking distance.
That we couldn’t stay longer due to appointments & work.

The location! In the centre, right across from the beach. Quiet road. Easy to walk & drive to shops.
Outdoor area could have been nicer. Needs more as ethically pleasing details. It was very plain & a bit dirty looking.
