Stunning location. Close to shops and beautiful ocean views. Neat and tidy apartment. We really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony.

Had a function at the Pavillion which was very convenient to walk to venue instead of driving. Easy access to everything. The apartment was clean and ready when we arrived. Would recommend if staying in Kiama.

Location, layout, spacious, easy to check in, quiet, generally felt clean. Big balcony. Has everything you need.

Black mold on ceiling, dirty cutlery, key code needed to be entered numerous times to work at the building entrance, the largest cooktop didn’t work. Large gap between roller blinds which let the sun into the bedroom early morning. Requirement of having to wash and empty the dishwasher before leaving was a bit unreasonable.

Easy walk to places, quite and easy walk to beach for a swim

We loved the location. We had two apartments both had a good outlook.

The verandahs were filthy, the flyscreens were damaged and were not on at arrival. The lounge in the 2-bed apartment that was dearer for the beach view had poor quality and dirty furniture. The lounge looked like a dog had been sleeping on it. For the price paid, we expected more.

Very convenient location ,hallway very spacious ,inside wall etc looking very beautiful ,doors and locks very secure ,beds in good condition with pillows and blankets supplied plus it was very quiet location etc

I don’t think there is much to complain ,we liked everything there and it was worth for our money the location of the building was close to shops etc .only thing we were looking bit of extra garbage bags , but then we managed somehow .finally ,the property was nice looking .

When we arrived at our stay we quickly dropped our bags and left. Once we arrived back we noticed that the room was filthy. The bathroom wasn't clean and the shower was disgusting. Our pillows, mattress topper and mattress were all stained yellow (I have photos). While we were out someone had been in our room as the laundry area door was all the way up and when we left the room it was all the way down. The walls were paper thin and we could hear every noise around us and felt like we couldn't talk in case we disturbed others. When we first arrived we went to the parking spot allocated to us and there was a big boat parked next to the park which made it extremely difficult to get in and out of the car. My partner and myself decided to go stay somewhere else for the time of our stay due to the room being very dirty and not feeling safe. I contacted the Apartments and told them what had happened and they asked for photos which I sent through. It has now been over a month with no reply and no refund. Very upset at the situation and extremely at how it has been dealt with (or not dealt with) Would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you like to stay in a filthy, unsafe room.

Good location

The car park is not suitable for large cars. We were unable to park in the allocated bay due to a boat on one side and a poorly positioned car on the other side. We had to park in the street. The garbage bin was full. Some of the crockery was cracked. The bathroom vanity sink was cracked and grazed. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned. For example there was something left behind under the vanity. There was one face washer and one hand towel only in the bathroom for 2 people. The quilt on the bed was too small so that one person was inadequately covered during the night.

Property was easy to access, great parking facility. Great location to local shops and restaurants.

Location and apartment is excellent

We didn’t find any teacups for morning coffee and properly very drafty on the cold windy nights

close to amenities.

lacking of toilet and bath for a family of 6. bath mat and hand towels in the bath looks very filthy and I have to wash and dry for immediate use.
