Handled 4adult couples. Clean, lovely deck sitting and view.

Disappointed there was no WiFi or tv availability after expecting it. WiFi, if you could connect, would work and work at scanning….with no success. Thought we would have it to check on our businesses. Tv was not available…..and then could not turn tv off. (It an all night until I could call and report. Master bedroom was the only one your person could get working. Your Tech showed up in a timely way. Are calls for repairs to be made the ext week. Very nice fellow. Otherwise, we all, or the most part, would come again.

Baileys Bungalow has great space for families. The great room and deck offer amazing views. We loved the yard and had an epic 2day family corn hole tournament. It’s a good location for getting to everything in Garden City. And we had ample parking for 3 vehicles and a boat.

The home/building is maintained very well and very clean. We did notice the beds, pillows and bedding are tired could be replaced. Some in our group didn’t sleep very well because of sagging mattresses. But it didn’t take away from the fun. The internet is slow and not very strong. We could not stream Disney or Netflix using our Apple TV. It was hit or miss connecting our phones even after contacting Vacasa and having a rep come out. In the Dish satellite we were able to sign into Netflix.

The house is beautiful, clean and so comfortable with a beautiful view. So grateful we got to stay!
