Oksana is an awesome host and she keeps a really nice home. Everything was clean and the house had all the necessities, which meant less time shopping and more time spent with family! All the attractions in the area are easily accessible. The neighborhood could use a little TLC but this house was great and the hot tub was an awesome bonus.

This cozy Poconos home was a great place to stay for our Poconos family vacation. Oksana was always easy to reach and was super easy to work with. Check in was easy. The house has two full bedrooms and a loft, all with views of the woods behind. Everything was super clean, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub every night-in early evening we saw tons of wildlife in the woods by the house. Oksana has everything you need to cook, light fires in the fire pit, grill, hang out and just relax. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. The location is a bit remote, but very centrally located (within 30 minutes) to all that the Poconos has to offer. I’m sure that there is a ton of additional cool things to explore as well in the summer, both in the gated community and nearby. For us, we loved being able to get anywhere in the Poconos that we wanted to go within 1/2 hour. There are plenty of supermarkets within easy reach of the community, as well as a few food/restaurant options near and many more a bit further away. Overall, it was a great stay and the perfect family vacation. We would definitely go back and stay again!

We had a great time! Lots of things to do! Super clean and quiet. Tobyhanna State Park is beautiful and great if you have a dog. Oksana was super attentive and accommodating. Jubilee restaurant iwas delicious. The Lavender Farm was adorable. Everything is within a 15 minute drive.

I found this property randomly searching for a nice vacation spot to bring my family (hubby, 2 kids 9 & 14 and my 2 pups) that wasn't far away from us (4.5 hr drive) When I saw the great reviews and pics of the home I decided to book it for a week away. We were not disappointed at all! From the moment we walked in the home felt inviting, adorable, it was very clean, updated, and very well stocked! Oksana is SO welcoming allowing our 2 pups to come and she provides everything you need and more-if you do need anything at all she is there in a second to provide it! The backyard was so cozy with plenty of seats and a hammock. We had fires every night in the little fire pit and took advantage of the hot tub each night too. Looking up at the sky from the hot tub, seeing the fire, and the state forest right there was so relaxing. The deer really do come right to your door! There's alot of wildlife in the area, like alot (the community abuts a state forest so yeah) one thing-there is bit of a trash problem in the neighborhood because animals will drag anything you leave out into the forest, so when Oksana tells you keep the trash in the garage, do it! The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were super comfy! The upstairs loft is an open space and was perfect for my teenager to make her own little fortress😂 The bathroom showers are amazing and very spacious, not a ton of space for toiletries so if you have alot of shower accessories bring small bottles. I would rather have an amazing shower head (Grohe is money!!) then space for things anyway😛 We explored the area which has ALOT to see. It is a drive to get places (on average about 30 min) but when you're on vacation time shouldn't exist and the drives were very scenic. Area is very easy to navigate. We were able to do hikes on the different trails, antique shopping, lots of cute gift shops to explore, we did an Escape room(so much fun our first time!) The House of Candles(make the trip!) There is an awesome zoo Claws and Paws where we spent half the day in. Paradise Lavender Farm is adorable with a fairy🧚‍♀️ walk and gift shop with Lavender ice cream!! Lots of nice restaurants (we went to Jubilees SO GOOD). There was ALOT to do in the area I was quite surprised, all you need to do is get out and explore and you will find tons! There are guide books Oksana provides and also this cool new thing Google maps too😛 You won't be disappointed and if you are its your fault! Thank you so much Oksana❤️❤️

Just enough space for our family - 2 adults 5yo, 6yo. Could have used some more storage in the bathroom to keep toiletries items, more towels especially with the hot tub, a larger refrigerator, drying rack for dishes and more cabinet space to place purchased canned items. Community advertised as having lake and boat rentals but that was closed due to staff shortage. We were able to pay for a day pass to the pool which was GORGEOUS and kids loved it. Also state park close by which was lovely- free beach/playground/ hiking. House backed the forest which was one of the nicest lots in the neighborhood, but the neighbors houses were less than desirable- trash burn pile bins, yelling profanities. Nice yard for fires and sit in the hot tub although the grass desperately needed to be cut and the hot tub had algea and smelled off (probably just needed more chemicals) VERY CLEAN, Beautifully renovated, had most items stocked, great having a washer-dryer. Owner was quick to respond but gave little directions on hot to get into the community,(gps took us a way that the road was closed) where things were located inside the house, and nothing about checkout, I personally like everything emailed about checkin and checkout instead of having to call/text to ask about issues.

What a wonderful place. All the comforts of home. The hot tub is a super bonus as you look at so much wildlife. The host was prompt at answering any questions. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Overall this was a wonderful property with a super nice host

We had such a relaxing time staying here; the energy was great. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do (hike, horseback riding), we made fires every night and even had deer visitors.

Oksana went above and beyond to provide a LOVELY vacation for our family. The house was inviting and cozy and the backyard provided numerous nighttime activities (fires, s’mores, hot tub, wild life sightings (including a black bear!!), hard games, hammock hangs). This property is amazing! Lots of space, a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a luxurious hot tub. The house backs up against the woods which is wonderful. So much wildlife passes through, from majestic deer, to beautiful foxes, playful blue jays, and adorable nut hatches. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is close to some great hiking trails. Oksana, the property owner, is very communicative and was quick to answer any questions we had. We loved everything about the place, and have already told Oksana we intend to stay here again. Everything was wonderful. Give stars all around. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing getaway, Oksana!

The house is exactly as described. It's Clean and cozy. The extra blankets in each room was a welcomed treat. I would suggest a house manual or closing procedures.

Everything was great renting this property. Oksana was very helpful and responsive. The house was very clean, which makes the stay so much less stressful in my opinion. The hot tub was ready to go when we got there, which was one of the reasons we chose this house so it did not disappoint. We would absolutely stay here again if we had the opportunity.

Oksana's house in the Poconos is well kept and was clean and spacious upon our arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped to make all meals and the hot tub was a big hit for our friends who came with us. We enjoyed spending a few days in the quiet neighborhood (and we loved that the house backed up to trees/forest rather than another house).

The perfect house for a getaway. So comfy & cozy and most importantly CLEAN!

This was the perfect cabin to come home too after a long day on the slopes (~45 min from Jack Frost/Big Boulder and ~30 from camelback)! The hot tub was the selling point for our group and definitely was a favorite. The wood burning stove was amazing and kept the house nice and toasty. Oksana was great at communicating and very helpful if we had any questions. Her hospitality is so appreciated! This was a perfect long weekend getaway and so relaxing. We will definitely look to book again!

Family of 3 + grandparent stayed for a holiday getaway. Traveled to Camelback Mountain which was about a 30 min drive. Plenty of space for the adults. Mostly toddler proof except for the stove in the middle of the living space but we improvised with baby proofing using our suitcases.

This home is impeccably clean. It was easy to access, quiet and just what we had in mind for a little getaway. The host is easily reachable and attentive. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful long weekend with no plans other than to relax and reconnect. The house was perfect for that. The space was great for just the two of us, we loved the big tv and the hot tub, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. (Actually, a hand mixer would have been a handy!) We had a nice time at Oksana's house. It was a bit smaller than we'd anticipated (for six adults, a dog, and baby), but overall it was comfortable and relaxing.
