Spacious, Cozy, Conveniently Located Home
Cette maison de 5 chambres à coucher et 4 salles de bain est idéalement située dans le quartier de Warrior's Mark de Breckenridge. Notre maison de 3 200 pieds carrés est très confortable, avec un système de chauffage au sol par rayonnement pour vous garder au chaud en hiver. Nous venons de terminer (novembre 2018) la première phase de rénovations et de travaux de décoration. Nous avons de nouveaux revêtements de sol dans toute la maison ainsi que de nouveaux comptoirs, des éclairages et des éviers dans la cuisine et la salle à manger. Nous allons continuer à ajouter un décor mis à jour et allons rénover les salles de bain au printemps prochain. Notre maison est adaptée aux familles et aux enfants - y compris une chambre avec deux lits superposés (pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 enfants dans cette pièce). En plus des cinq chambres à coucher, il y a un grenier au troisième étage qui permet de dormir davantage et de vivre. Profitez du bain à remous sur le porche arrière après une longue journée de ski. La grande cuisine dispose de nombreux sièges pour les repas de famille pour les grandes réunions de famille. La chambre principale a un lit king. La chambre 2 a un lit queen, la chambre 3 a deux lits superposés, la chambre 4 a un lit queen, la chambre 5 a un lit queen et il y a aussi un lit complet dans le salon. La maison idéale pour la visite de votre grand groupe dans la belle Breckenridge!

Plenty of space for our group of 7 to spread out and each have our own bedroom. Hot tub was wonderful after a full day of skiing. 5 minutes to downtown Breck and we could not have been happier. House is well equipped and ready for your ski or outdoor adventures-

Overall, our stay was great. The house fit our needs of a party of 11. I feel the photos are accurate, so our expectations were met. The home does need some updating, some of the beds/pillows were a little uncomfortable, there are some cabinets that didn’t stay closed and most of the windows wouldn’t open (maybe frozen shut?). But again, we feel the house met our expectations for the price we paid. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The location was good as it was close to peak 9 base. We took the shuttle a couple times but found driving down to lot F was easy enough so we did that for the most part. Would stay here again.

We stayed for 5 days and had an amazing time. We came for a family reunion and went white water rafting, hiking and explored Breckenridge. The house was so comfortable and a great place to come back to in the afternoons and evenings. The kitchen and living room was spacious, there were plenty of bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. All communication with the homeowner was handled in a very timely manner. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great time staying in this house. We had plenty of room for our large family and were in a great location to downtown Breckenridge as well as the ski slope. Owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would recommend!

We rented this property last year and we were so happy with it that we immediately booked it again for this year! The size of the place (3 stories), location, and price are the best in Breck for large groups. We had 12 of us (couples and singles) and all had our own beds. The washer and dryer were convenient for being able to do laundry during our stay and the hot tub is always a hit. Most necessary cookware and utensils, keurig, and other appliances are provided and make eating in super easy. The location is conveniently located next to two bus stops to get downtown or to the lift or gondola. I highly recommend this property!

Quick response from host for an early checkin. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of seating and sleeping space for all of my family. Bus stop easy to access and bus takes you to Beaver Run.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the shuttle bus and proximity to downtown. There is so much to do in the area! There is plenty of room for multiple families to spread out and the hot tub is a plus. The living room is sunken, so we repositioned some furniture to keep elderly family from falling . The 3rd floor apartment has a balcony which you can not use, and an unusable kitchen. There is a bed placed there instead

The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the floor and climate control and lighting. There was no in-ceiling lighting in many rooms, so you had to use lamps. The floors were very squeaky so it was difficult with the baby. It was also very hard to cool the house off. The downstairs would be cool/comfortable, but upstairs would be very hot. But overall the house was great! Easy access. They provide literally everything you need except food and clothes. It was a great location in town too. I would definitely rent this place again.

Amazing Townhome and Location for Large Groups!
Our group of 11 friends stayed here over the New Year, and it was even better than we expected! The 3-level townhome comfortably fit all of us. The location was super close to Main Street and just a quick bus ride to the Quicksilver SuperChair. The bus stops up and down the street, about a 3-5 minute walk. The hot tub and full kitchen were great perks of the place and the number of rooms and shared spaces was ideal. The kitchen had utensils and most things we needed. Our only critical feedback would be for an update to the bunk bed mattresses as they were not comfortable, so some of us ended up sleeping on the couches. The mattresses must have had toddler plastic covers on them because they were also very loud when moving around even just a little bit. Also could have used a few more rolls of TP and a couple extra towels. The place was a bit loud when people were moving about due to thin walls and creaky floors, but it wasn’t really a big deal as long as people were mindful of it. Overall we really loved our stay and the value for the price! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great location. Very nice place to stay with a lot of room. Owner was great. Property management company was extremely rude regarding only attempting to allow one vehicle to park there. Contacted the owner and she stated this was not true. Property management company is rude and unprofessional.
