Courtside 61 appartient à un nouveau propriétaire et a effectué plusieurs mises à niveau. L'unité a tout nouveau tapis, nouvelle literie, nouveau canapé-lit de salon, nouvelles chaises de salle à manger, nouveaux planchers de tuiles et robinets dans les salles de bains ainsi que de nombreux autres articles décoratifs. Le condo est à quelques pas de la plage et à quelques pas de la piscine. Courtside 61 a un verrou d'entrée sans clé, Internet sans fil et une télévision à écran plat. Nous avons rafraîchi et mis à jour de nombreux domaines de notre 2ème maison pour rendre votre séjour confortable et agréable. Il y a tellement d'activités merveilleuses sur Hilton Head Island en plus de l'aventure d'explorer les régions environnantes de l'île. La communauté ici continue de s'améliorer avec de nouveaux magasins, restaurants, arts, cyclisme, tennis, golf, navigation de plaisance, croisières, visites historiques et rénovation des plages.
Passer une journée à la plage est l'une de nos activités préférées. Nous ne sommes qu'à un pâté de maisons et demi de la magnifique plage de 12 milles. Marcher le long de l'eau apaisante, jouer au frisbee, construire des châteaux de sable, lire et simplement s'asseoir et être honoré par des dauphins nous vérifiant ne peut pas être battu!
Les jours où vous voulez simplement rester proche et vous détendre à la maison, notre unité est très proche de 1 des 2 piscines sur place. Tirez simplement une chaise et asseyez-vous près de la piscine.
Lorsque vous êtes prêt pour une partie de tennis, dirigez-vous vers le centre de tennis Van Der Meer. Ou participez à une partie de golf sur l'un des 25 parcours de golf. Pour la vie nocturne, il y a des bars à vin, des boîtes de nuit, des dîners-croisières et des théâtres fantastiques.
Venez partager notre paradis de Hilton Head Island et faites-nous savoir ce que vous avez apprécié.
Le condo est une unité ouverte avec beaucoup de lumière et parfaitement situé près du lagon à quelques pas de la piscine. Cette unité est une unité au rez-de-chaussée sans marches et stationnement directement en face du condo.
Courtside est situé à 1 1/2 pâtés de maisons de la plage et près de Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza possède plusieurs boutiques et restaurants pour se divertir. Vous pouvez faire une promenade ou une petite balade à vélo pour quelques glaces après une chaude journée d'été.

Great location to beach and shopping! Pool and fountain view was nice and condo was updated and nice-just what we needed for a quick 4th of July getaway! The only issue was the couch bed had springs falling off of it and one part of the bed wouldn't stay up making it difficult to sleep on.

Very comfortable villa. Pool outside the villa suddenly out of order the last part of our stay. I heard there was another pool but never checked it out as it was not right outside our patio as this one was. Everything else was as advertised and clean and comfortable.

Thank you for making our vacation a great experience. Overall this was very enjoyable. The villa was not as clean and maintained as I expected. Buddy, Sissy and Heidi were wonderful to work with and responded immediately when we had the television stop working in the living room.

The unit had all the necessary equipment, was very clean. Everything was in good working order and ideal location. A couple of drawbacks. First, personal preference would prefer the tv in the master bedroom vs the second bedroom. Second, there was renovation construction in the unit above which considering it was the weekend was surprising. It started very early in the morning and went till a bit past 7 in the evening

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, in good condition and a good location with adequate kitchen utensils. The screen door was not working the best so we gave management a heads up so it didn’t become a bigger issue. They sent someone out in a few hours and fixed it. The only negative was the “free” rental equipment. The chairs were of high quality but the bikes were not. They were fine riding to Coligny or nearby but we will bring our own next time for long rides. They were included so not complaining- more of an FYI. Great place, easy to work with rental service. We will be back!

Well updated condo. We came in December and parking was plentiful and the area was very quiet. Quick access to all you need beach, restaurants, playgrounds and shops. Extremely easy to check in and check out. Thank you for a nice visit.

Place is clean and well decorated, but has issues with HVAC. Found window wouldn’t close either. Management attempted to help, but privately owned and there is a process to fix. We were out to dinner and got back late when they offered to move us, hard with the family. AC had not been working for a while, so it should have been noted. Window was broken for a very long time. Management was quick to respond, and the place was clean. If things are fixed it would be a great place to stay.

The apartment was great. We stayed with 4 adults, a 3.5 year old, and 5 month old. The place was updated and spacious. Each bedroom had plenty of room and each waslarger than pictured. The location was the best and less than a 10 minute walk from restaurants, the beach and playgrounds. The pool was very clean and our daughter loved swimming in it every day. Would recommend this unit and the Seaside team to anyone looking to visit Hilton Head with their family! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This condo was perfect. Very close to everything. 10 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the pirate ship park for kids, 15 min walk to Coligny Plaza! We arrived on a weekend had a question for seashore vacations & they emailed us back within 20 mins. Great stay! Pool is right off the back patio.

We really enjoyed our stay in Courtside 61. The villa was nicely decorated and clean. It also was pretty well stocked in the kitchen which was great. Loved the location in the complex being just steps from the pool. Only complaints would be like many others said the master needs more solid curtains to block the lantern lights at night. I brought eyeshades and was glad I did. Master could also use a dresser and tv. There was plenty of room for one where a large picture is hung. Also the 2nd bedroom really needed more lighting. There was one lamp with a very low watt bulb and no overhead light. The room was really dark. Other than that it was great. We lucked out and had no renters above us so can’t speak to how loud that would have been. We normally stay in shipyard but would stay here again.

Overall the condo was nicely updated and description was accurate. Nice first floor location close to the pool. However with that location you also get more noise from pool area and hear the neighbors appalling around upstairs. I agree with other renters that they need room darkening curtains in the master bedroom. The condo itself could use a thorough wipe down of baseboards, walls, and cabinets.

Perfect Getaway!
Courtside 61 was the perfect getaway for our family of three (including a 2 year old)! Super clean, updated and comfortable. The property is close enough to the beach to walk, has a great pool and is a quick drive to anything on the island. The one little thing we would suggest, is actual blackout curtains in the master bedroom due to the light that comes from the lamp post outside the patio, makes the room fairly bright at night (but we also like it very dark). Otherwise, we have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay and would gladly stay here again!

We enjoyed 61 Courtside. Updated and comfortable as well as great location to park, restaurants, beach and shopping. The air conditioning was struggling a bit. It seemed like it would freeze up so we would turn off and then when we turned back on it would work for a while. Great stay though!!

Perfect Location & Beautiful Upgraded Condo
The condo was beautiful! You can tell they put so much thought into their recent updates and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable, airy and bright. We had a slight issue upon arrival with the floors not being clean, but the managemnet company acted quickly and had someone out to us within an hour to make it right. My family has been coming to HHI on vacation since the early 2000's and this was definitely a memorable trip. Close to the beach, good restaurants, golf, and more. Definitely recommend booking here!
