We just loved this little beach cottage! Nothing fancy but it was charming, secluded, and so close to the beach! We will definitely return!

This property is directly on the beach. It’s an older cottage but has everything you will need. Bed are comfy, living room furniture is clean and comfy, and the kitchen has all you need to fix your meals. The in-house washer and dryer are very convenient. The yard could use some work, but we liked being able to walk right onto the beach. There is room for two cars to park. Overall, our stay was good, and we would return if we’re in the area again.

We were apprehensive after reading some other reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. This place is a hidden gem. It offers so much privacy and space. We stayed with our dog and the backyard area was perfect for our needs. The house is classic old Florida and decorated accordingly. The linens and towels are good quality and it was stocked with everything we could need. We would return!

Tucked in amongst tall condo type buildings, we found it to be a private paradise. The beach was steps away from the back door. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything a vacationer would need. The washer/ dryer unit and dishwasher were a bonus. Sharon and Taylor were right there to help with any of our needs. We booked again for next year.

Onsite parking, private path to the beach, overgrown backyard gave privacy for morning coffee (could use some weedeating). Agree with other reviews that the couches should be replaced. As advertised an old bungalow with only 1 bath. Enjoyed my stay.

We loved our stay, it was exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for! A place to relax, and enjoy the beach. The home is older as stated in the listing description, and is nothing fancy but we didn’t expect that from the pictures. Overall cleaning was ok, but could’ve been better. The yard was a bit overgrown, but it provided privacy to the home. There were tons of lizards and I did see a black snake (my bf assured me it wasn’t poisonous and it didn’t bother us) but I was watching my steps after that! It’s directly on the beach with private access, just a short walk through the dunes. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed watching the sunset almost everyday. The home is across the street from several shops and restaurants, a short walk to parks and other local activities. I would definitely recommend this property to couples and smaller families. We loved it, and hope to return one day. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely beach house!

Property was not as we hoped. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans we unusable. Strong musty odor throughout the home. Living room furniture was damp requiring coverings to use. Shower curtain moldy and drain was all but clogged. My husband cleared it of a massive hair ball. Backyard was nice, but when warm the snakes thrive out there. Nice beach but in no way dog friendly!! We brought our mini Dachshund with us, under 10 lbs. Our last night there we brought her to the beach for the sunset, keeping her leashed and on the blanket. The police were called and a very nice officer kindly asked us to remove the dog from the beach. This was within 15 minutes of being there. Place is just not worth it.

We enjoyed our stay! It was clean, on the beach and property mngt company was easy to communicate with. It's an old school bungalow surrounded by trees and plants leading right to the beach. We will stay again next year when we visit fmaily!

You have lots of shade and aren't starting at the neighbors. Grocery (Publix) is just a 5 minute drive.

We live in St Pete and like to take staycations at the beach. We have a dog so had limited choices. I saw that the house was old but the reviews said that it was very clean. This house is REALLY run down. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. The fabric on the couches was wet - either from the prior quests or from being sprayed with cleaner. The surfaces - counters, etc. are clean but it was overall dingy and dirty. It’s also not as described. The “outdoor shower” is a garden hose that didn’t work because the hose was broken open. We we’re going to leave after the first night. I asked if we could move to another house, even if we had to pay more, and were told there was nothing available. Management will say I didn’t complain about all of these things but they were defensive and wanted me to list every problem and I just wanted to cut my losses and get home. I was offered zero price accommodation and even if I had been I would have written this review because I don’t want other people to be misled by the description. There are lots of nice places in the area. I recommend you try a different one,

The property was exactly what we expected and the pictures are accurate.. you absolutely cannot find a better location. We walked or biked almost everywhere, only driving when we needed to go to a larger grocery store (Publix) and the seafood market. I do agree with other comments that the yard is a bit overgrown and although this does provide a little more seclusion and privacy, which we enjoyed, I think cutting back some of trees would open up the ocean view even more without losing the privacy.
