Check in was easy and the room was nice
There is no hot tub like it says in the booking & pool was cold like lake water. There is a little coffee pot and nothing for making coffee!! Desk lamp had no light bulb. Had to clean shower and bathtub before I used it because there was buggers and hair in the bathtub and shower walls. The towels were obviously brand new and weren't washed before they were put in the room!! You could tell cause the towels still have the just came out of the box smell and feel which stinks!! Breakfast wasn't Breakfast at all only had begals, Waffles and cereal. No fruit, yogurt, juice or oatmeal for the breakfast. coffee cups lids didn't even fit the coffee cups.

The staff was a bit strict but pleasant and accommodating.. Apreet and Ani I think were their names were very nice and went outta the way to get a couple small issues solved quickly.
The price was good but i booked lower than I paid

The view and location
Breakfast was lame, room wasn’t clean the best and the room was out of date(wall paper coming off, bathroom door chipping of wood, and bag over smoke alarm.

The hotel was dirty…key cards take about 10 times to work and open the door. There were stains on the stool. They charge a 100 dollar deposit on top of the room price which was never discussed. They say it will take 7-10 business days for the money to return to your card if you’re from out of state which I am. When we got to the room a window was left wide open. So anyone could have just been climbing in and out of the room..if we hadn’t have just drove for 12 hrs I would have demanded my money back and left for a different hotel.

room didn’t feel very clean, door to balcony was broke. balcony looked like it might crumble away. some of the lights didn’t work. there were looked to be stains on the one bed so we slept in one. shower felt very gross, used it only to wash off pool chlorine. thinking of pool it was very strong of chlorine. wasn’t wasn’t even close to clear

The druggie sitting outside the entrance every morning and evening. The breakfast was awful Saturday morning, didn't even try Sunday morning. The room wasn't very clean. Beds were uncomfortable and the TV only had one channel which wasn't a big deal as we were busy. One garbage can in the bathroom is all there was

Breakfast was terrible, no house keeping, place was dirty. I have stayed at Americinn before. Never has these issues arisen. It's probably the local owner. I will never come back.

Holes in walls, peeling off wallpaper, beds weren’t big enough to sleep 2people in, broken curtains, dirty wash cloth on the top of the shower curtain rod, smoke detector broken and placed on top of sprinkler system didn’t look like ending was changed.

The hot tub was broken. The breakfast bar wasn't good. Most of the items were gone and not replenished. The breakfast bar was only opened from 6:30 am to 9 am. Getting into my room every time was hard to do due to the key card lock not working well. It took several attempts to get the key card to work.

We were placed into 3 different rooms all had different issues but still all had issues. The saddest little breakfast I've ever seen and I believe that there were more staff that lived on site than there were actual guests.
However I did like the location and the actual building layout.

Hotel very bad shape, can smell mold, water damage EVERYWHERE, location on booking.com is not correct at all, staff rude told me to take the address issue to booking.com and not him
Told us that pool is closed till noon next day then proceeded to tell us our checkout is at 11

My 17 year old niece decided to join us, I didn't think anything of it. Then to find out that I got charged an extra $100 for her, no one told that I would be charged! When I called to ask why the guy said he couldn't find my that even stayed there!

very dirty rooms, tv not working, swimming pool looked like a health hazard. but the most important thing is that the rooms were not vacuumed, sheets dirty, hair all over the bathroom, not to mention the breakfast…ohh a total disgrace for the money paid.

The location.
The photo's of the hotel were very deceiving. The hotel was old and rundown. The hallways were dirty and The hotel smelled like mildew. The bathroom in our room wasn't clean, it had hair in the shower and on the floor. There were red spots on the carpet that looked like blood. Only one ice machine worked out of 4 floors. The pool and hot tub were disgusting. The breakfast area was dirty, we didn't dare to eat there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even if I disliked them.

The pool and hot tub were very small and the whole pool area was flooded in water. The jets in the hot tub didn’t work. The light in our bathroom wouldn’t turn on half the time. The bathroom was extremely small and not very clean. The breakfast was terrible literally nothing there but waffles and cereal.

Front doors when you walked into the building was broke you had to manually open & close the sliding doors. paneling to the ceiling was partially missing in places. appeared to be NO air in the lobby (until you got into the room) water damage on the walls, blood stains behind the doors of the room, pool & hottub was super dirty.
We requested a refund & got out there as soon as possible!

This facility is so run down! There are exterior doors with no locks, ceiling tiles falling out of the ceiling, water dripping from the ceiling, only 1 ice machine for 4 floors works. Wires hanging from the wall, dirty window reatements, dust on the ceiling coming from air vents. It took 5 hours to get a new room because the AC didn't work in BOTH of our rooms we stayed in. Cheetos under tables and bathroom counters. I can't think of much good other than the bed was comfortable. When i complained about it I was told I could leave if I had a problem. If there had been ANY rooms ANY where near Omaha, we would have been gone
