The balcony view is beautiful. The breakfast is good! The room had nice amenities, like a heater, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and comfortable linens.

Several ants in the bathroom….it didn’t bother me much but I can see it being a big no for some folks.

Perfect location right by the river and only a few meters away from the main attraction La Fortaleza. Nice and friendly staff.

Unfortunately the price is a little excessive for the quality of the services: no hot water, no tv (reading from other reviews, it's pretty common in this hotel that they don't work), poor WiFi, at the beginning really cold room (we had to insist twice to turn the heating on), average breakfast. This is a family business hotel with all the pro and cons, but with a price of a luxury one, especially if compared with Peruvian standards. We give a 6, but to be honest we don't think that the quality/price ratio is actually sufficient.. We wish you all the best for improving your services, because the hotel is actually really pretty and the owners/workers friendly.

The decor and location next to the river was nice

The room wasn't ready by our agreed check-in time. They were very unresponsive when trying to ask about a transfer to their hotel. The water in the bathroom was not functioning in for the first day. The front desk staff seemed stressed and wouldn't answer our questions. The tour they booked us was overpriced and very rushed. Someone named Derek reached out after first providing feedback to yell at me that I was wrong about my review. That really made the whole stay quite terrible. Avoid if you can! Update: Derek sent another message calling me evil and threatening me, this place is quite unsafe!

I liked everything about the property, specially the views, the pictures of the property doesn’t reflect the AMAZING views you have in front of your room. Also, the attentions were excellent.

Staff were very nice and even helped us contract a taxi to Cusco at the end of our stay for S/15 each (£3/€2.50/$2.50~). Food was good in the surrounding restaurants. Room was very nice.

Not much to do in Ollantaytambo so I wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 or 3 nights.

The hotel is perfectly located near the Temple of the Sun and the Main Plaza, with a 15 minute walk to the train station. There are lots of good places to eat very near.

Excellent bed, comfortable bedroom, excellent location near to the station and Plaza de Armas, very quiet. A plus is take your breakfast viewing the Inca ruins. Derek and his staff always ready to help.

Excellent location next to stream with amazing views of the ruins from my bedroom window. The owner was extremely helpful.

Fantastic staff consisting of really pleasant people. The rooms are great, the view is amazing, and the bed is really comfortable :) P.S. one of the rare hotels that understands that you don't want to use TV to watch the cable, but to connect your laptop to it. For this, HDMI cabel is already provided :)
