Nice quiet condo.

My daughter and I were in Hot Springs for Memorial of close friend. We loved the condo and the view was beautiful.

The view of the lake from the spacious balcony was beautiful. Cozy condo in an excellent location! The host was wonderful to answer questions!

We've rented many places on our travels, but I have to say this one was above and beyond on the extras. Things we normally would bring were already provided. And the view of the lake at sunrise and sunset were icing on the cake!

We enjoyed our stay. It was just too short. Location is great, you look out the balcony at the lake.

It’s very cozy. Beautiful lake front view. Shopping right down the street. Has everything you need and some. Definitely recommend 10/10 stay! very peaceful pool right up the hill. Kids my husband and myself loved it will definitely be back.

Overall, Michele was very easy to work with and ensured our stay was second to none. I highly recommend staying here.

This condo was perfect for our first visit to Hot Springs. Check in was easy, the condo was very clean, and the area was quiet. We enjoyed watching the ducks from the patio. Thanks for letting us stay!

The good: The property is easy to find and the location was close to everything we had planned for the weekend. The house was clean, plenty of towels and all the accessories you would need. Owner was quick to respond. Now for the bad and the things I wish I had known. The bad: The beds are horribly uncomfortable in both rooms and an extra pad on the bed would go a long way and we almost slept on the air mattress that was provided. We slept so uncomfortable Friday that we decided to drive home early Saturday night even though it was a 3.5 hr. drive because we wanted a good nights rest. The place was hot 77 upon arrival, we attempted to change the thermostat but it was locked on our end and we had to contact the owner to turn it down for us. We were advised to close the curtains but having lake view was the entire reason I rented the place. We never opened the curtains our entire stay which was very disappointing. Temperature in the place felt better Saturday at 70 degrees but again that is with us keeping the curtains closed all day and I don't know anyone who rents a lake view place without actually wanting to see the lake. The balcony is dangerous no one should be allowed on it without the railing being fixed..be advised. I have already told the owner too which we were told it was going to be fixed this summer. I think a warning should be advised prior to anyone renting this unit or waiting until it is fixed to make it a rentable again. If it weren't for the events we had planned our trip would have been a disappointment.

Thanks for letting us stay in your condo. The unit has everything you need and is easy to access. It was very quiet while we were there and the balcony makes you feel like you are right on the lake. Uber will come to the unit if you don't want to drive and the prices were reasonable. Don't change a thing.

Condo has everything you need! Right off of hwy 7 and close to everything without the hustle of downtown or the track.

This place was well stocked with everything needed for our visit. On the water and close to the mall, close to restaurants and grocery store. Will put on my list to visit again.
