The property is extremely clean and easy access. However, the pictures are a little misleading because it seems like the condo is on the beach but instead it’s about a mile walk.

A really nice comfortable place to stay with easy access to the beach. The place had all the conveniences of home. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions during our stay. Had all the conveniences that you would need.

Overall had a really great stay and would absolutely stay again. The location is great - just a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. It also had multiple restaurants within easy walking distance for mornings we wanted to go out for breakfast. While the property is a bit of a walk from the beach as it’s at the back of the neighborhood, there is “visitor” parking by the private path leading to the beach which made it more convenient. Loved the amenities as well, which included two pools (one of which was heated). The condo itself was very clean, and they’ve made some good updates including the flooring and countertops. Only areas I’d call out: don’t expect to get in early. No one stayed at the condo the night before we arrived and we received our check in code at 2:30 on the dot even though we asked about getting in a little early. This is definitely not required or expected, so that’s fine, but it would’ve been a nice touch to get in a bit earlier on a day we spent hours traveling in torrential downpour. Also, as others have said, it is very much on a main road. We brought a box fan for white noise, so we weren’t bothered at night, but if you don’t bring something for blocking out the noise, you will hear every car, truck, and siren that goes by (lots of sirens). All that said, we’d absolutely stay again and had a wonderful time. Communication with the owner was great and we felt it was great value. Thank you!

The apartment is very nice, with nice floors and granite countertops. It is close to the grocery stores, and plenty of eating options. Communication was excellent, and the place was easy to access. We found plenty of beach chairs however no beach umbrella. But there were a few things to know. The apartment is the furthest building from the beach and the walk is quite long. The apartment also sits on the main road (A1A) and traffic can get loud during the night. The complex is gated and very dog friendly, which means you can hear dogs barking all night and there are dogs on the beach. All in all I would def stay there again.

The condo was perfect for the two of us. Todd was a very responsive communicator and had excellent directions. The condo was nice and in a nice location that had several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We loved that it was an easy walk to the beach and that the condo provided chairs and beach towels that we could take down there. The description and pictures of the condo were very accurate including the pictures of the patio facing the street. What the picture can’t tell you is that A1A is a very busy and load road. You definitely hear the traffic all night long. The other thing that was disappointing is that there were no ‘basics’. For example you are to run the dishwasher before you leave but they don’t have any dishwasher pods. There was also no coffee, coffee filters, shampoo or conditioner. With that said it was still a nice place to stay, just be prepared that you will need to buy or bring a few extra supplies with you.

This complex is a great place to stay, very dog friendly, close to the beach, good location. The unit was fine but could use a bit of a refresh.

The host was a great communicator and we were happy to be close to the ocean. The condominium building is in the back of the property and right next to the road. There was a lot of road noise. There wasn’t a dishwasher pod or soap to run the dishwasher. Not enough towels and pillows and not everything matched. Also I was disappointed there was no shampoo/conditioner or body wash. Didn’t quite have the hospitality feel I expected but overall we enjoyed our stay and are grateful!

A great place to stay for a few days to unwind and rejuvenate in America’s oldest city.

The condo was clean and in a good location with stores and restaurants near by. It is in a gated community with a private beach which is walkable within the community and is accessible with a key fob. It is a 15/20 minute drive to Old Town St. Augustine and very close to the St. Augustine Lighthouse. We enjoyed the fact that there was almost no traffic in this area compared to Southeast Florida where we used to go. The communication by the owner was excellent. We stayed for two weeks and would not hesitate to rent from this owner again.

Highly recommend! Todd was a wonderful host with great communication. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this cozy condo. It was very clean, bed/pillows were so comfy and the location was perfect. Will definitely return the next time we are in St. Augustine. Thanks again Todd!

Property was very clean and convenient to the historical district

We stayed for 5 nights and it was the best location we could have picked. For a December visit, we didn't care to be on the beach but having the beach access was definitely nice. Room was very comfortable and any concerns were addressed immediately by Todd. Thanks again Todd.

The private walkway to beach was amazing. The sunrise was beautiful and not many ppl on the beach. Host responded quickly to questions or concerns. Condo was neat and clean. Looked just like the pictures. Minutes from historic district. Great location. Overall great experience.

Came for the Nights of Lights. Great location if you don’t want to stay in the city as it gets very crowded.

This was our first Vrbo rental. Todd was so easy and responsive to work with and the property was exactly what we needed. A convenient drive to St. Augustine with a beach on the other side of the complex. Great!

This VRBO checked all boxes!! Absolutely perfect. A single person or a couple could live in this unit. Beach & Pool access was awesome!! If we come to this area again, this is our go to!! The host was easy to get hold of!!

Very nice, clean, well stocked

Check in through the gate was very well explained. Loved the electronic sign in board for check in and other information. The rooms were a comfortable size. Loved the large tvs. Wonderful private access to the beach. The road noice was noticeable. The bed was a little hard for our taste. The kitchen was stocked well.

We had a most enjoyable stay at this property. Todd was most helpful and super quick to respond. The condo was soooo spacious and comfortable. We had easy, private access to the beach and enjoyed being able to take leisurely strolls on the beach and dip our feet in the ocean! We absolutely loved this property!

Needed a place close to family and downtown. Stayed pn the go so basically slept and showered. Perfect for us. Truly like the gated entry and felt very secured. Best information ever from owner with specific instructions. Answered all my questions before I asked!

Great location and super clean place and beach was not too crowded. Property was safe and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.

Overall a great stay. My only regret was that I was required to take my own trash to the dumpster. It was not a big deal, but I was taken aback by it.

My family had a great time the beaches are beautiful we went to Matanza's inlet right at the bridge there is parking & was perfect for my 6 & 3 year old to enjoy the beach without the waves.We even had 4 sea turtles swimming with us & it was majestic. The Condo is very clean & well maintained. The pullout bed on the sofa is broke but replacing furniture is expensive but the air mattress supplied was easy to use & my girls loved sleeping on it.It does sit right on the busy A1A highway & I guess not having an exhaust on your vehicle is what you do cause it was constant so if you are sensitive to that i wouldnt recommend this spot but the beach club itself was ver charming & the pools were nice everyone was friendly.The host Todd was very welcoming & the check in process was super easy.
