This is the perfect one level house for us and our Labs. Beautiful fenced yard, lovely back deck, cozy gated front porch, comfortable beds and living space, the best equipped kitchen you’ll ever find, and right across from beach access #1. Also immaculately clean.

Our doodles thought they had their own dog park with the huge fenced back yard! Great property, we’ll appointed and easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach!

We stayed at the yellow cottage with our friends. It was perfect. We walked to restaurants. Went fishing, shopped, and explored the island. The cottage is adorable! Absolutely recommend.

The house was fantastic. Just what we were hoping for. It was perfect for our dog. The fenced in yard was beautiful and great for our dog to run around in. The only bad thing was being there when the hurricane was coming but the house and property manager were both great. We plan on staying there again.

We loved everything about this charming house! The pictures don't do it justice! It was perfectly located, very well stocked and the backyard was great for our 2 little dogs. It was very hard to leave and we will definitely be back!

This was our first family beach trip with our baby girl! The location was perfect, and the house was exactly what we needed. The backyard was so peaceful. We enjoyed our stay, and I hope that we can make this a family tradition every year.

Great beach house for family trip. Comfortably slept 5 people. House has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 trundle bed (sleeps 2). Fully loaded kitchen and beach supplies in outdoor trunk. Only 1 indoor shower but has an awesome outdoor shower (w/ hot water). Right across from beach access #1 so feet on the sand in less than 2 mins. And it’s a fairly quiet part of the beach. About 7 mins from downtown. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a short getaway with my bride.

My husband and I and our two dogs had a wonderful trip! Loved the fun decor and the back yard was so nice, especially with the dogs. The Jasmine was blooming on the back porch so it smelled amazing. I spent many hours reading on the porch swing. Also, the beach access is literally across the street. Loved it and will be back next year!

My husband and I as well as our dogs enjoyed the cottage very much. The only problem was that we did not realize it was on a main road. Since we live deep in the country, it was hard for us to get used to the cars driving by right outside. But the big backyard and patio were great, the beds were Very comfortable, and Oh That Beach!! Huge and lovely and right across the street!!

This home was accurrately described, clean, comfortable and in a great location. The check-in/out proceedure was flawless and we would definitely return.

Everything was superb….decor, location, it’s all in the details and nothing was missed!

We loved our stay. The beach is right across the street and we walked with Jake, our dog, every evening. Dog are allowed on the beach and there were other friendly dogs on the clean, wide, non-comercial beach. Fort Clinch is just around the corner, with many shaded trails. And Fernandina Beach old town, with its many restaurants and shops, is also very close. The cottage itself was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We barbequed several nights in the large fenced back yard, and I loved the outdoor shower. We will be back!

We travel quite a bit and this is by far one of my favorite Vrbo homes. This was our first trip to Amelia and if we ever come back we will book our stay around this rental. Location was fantastic and for a home that allows pets, I was completely impressed! The owners take wonderful care of their property. It was very clean and is stocked well. The backyard is beautiful! The plants and flowers and well manicured yard (especially with such hot temps) was impressive! The outdoor shower area with plants was also beautiful. I am picky about where I stay and this was awesome! We enjoyed playing cards on the back deck at night and walking right across the street to the beach in the am. Thank you for allowing us to stay and for keeping this house so clean and nicely decorated.

What a great little beach house in a great location. Barely used the car. I had my 3 kids, husband, father in law and our dog. We were all comfortable and loved our stay. The outdoor shower was a highlight. The kids though showering outside was the best. We had everything we needed and the beds were so comfy. Super clean, super cute and just want we needed.

Location was ideal for proximity to beach, Ft. Clinch, Greenway and Fernandina downtown (all accessible via bike!). House was very well decorated, supplied, and cozy. Large fenced in yard and gated front porch for pet visitors.

This is property is one of the best rentals ever! Exceptionally well stocked, very clean, so comfortable, with an amazing backyard and located close to the beach (1-2 minute walk) and restaurants. Also, this rental is pup friendly, and our pups loved the large fenced yard! The property managers were attentive and checked in to make sure everything was in order. We highly recommend this rental!

The cottage's decor is something from a magazine and everything you need or want is available. We enjoyed our 10 day stay even though the weather did not cooperate at all. Windy and rain was on the daily weather. One of the many things we enjoyed was the cottage is to doggy friendly. The outdoor space is wonderful which includes a newly installed porch swing. We spent as much time out on the back patio area as we could. We will definitely be back again next year hoping the world will be in a better place with Covid-19. I would give this cottage a 10 star rating. The new owners have done a fantastic job at making this destination a worthwhile place to stay on Amelia Island. The Dreibelbis Family

My friends and I stayed at this great property for a week in late August. The location is great—right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to a couple restaurants. Management was very quick to respond to any questions and the place was nicer than the photos.

We enjoyed our stay. Right across the street from the beach. Backyard is perfect for pups and toddlers!
