Personeel , vers gebakken bij het ontbijt , koffie machine op de kamer.

Volle parkeerplaats ( en oplaadpunt bezet door auto’s die niet aan het opladen waren. Jammer dat het ontbijt niet in kamerprijs zit .

The room was clean and had a good size. The double windows kept the noise down from the busy street.

There are not many businesses (stores, restaurants, etc.) around the hotel.

Ja, wir haben die Kategorie „small“ gebucht, aber das Bad war eher micro. Es ist nicht möglich, sich am Waschbecken das Gesicht zu waschen und die Toilette war für Erwachsene auch schwierig zu benutzen.

Small gym and far away from center of Den Haag (but tram is 5 minutes walking)

I really liked the bed and the desk that had 2 tables. The bathroom also had two sinks set in a nice and wide counter. The curtains fully blacked out the sun.

The view from the hotel room was a highway and the lighting in the bathroom was rather dim. The gym was very small and basic with only a few cardio devices.

The staff, they haven't learned about hospitality. The bathroom had a loose toilet and shower. And when you took the issue to the staff they simply said they knew about the problem, they didn't seem to care either about the dangers of it etc. They didn't had any spare rooms to change to. And for compensation all they could give was a free drink. I don't see how the hotel can sell a room that has broken items in it. Or how they didn't even notify about that part. Aside of this issue we had continuesly problems with the key card to get into the room. It kept on bugging out and giving an error so we couldn't get into our room. For this we had to go back all the way to the reception desk again to get it re-enabled. I could tell the staff wasn't pleased with us coming with this issue everytime We weren't either as this happened 8 times during our stay.
