Location, stuff was perfect.
No ev charging station at the hotel parking, breakfast can be better. Beds was not so good also.

Location of the Hotel is great! City centre so easy to start your shopping or site seeing. We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and was value for money and lovely food, helpful and friendly staff.

Comfortable room, big, with slightly dated bathroom. Also big. Super location, in the centre of Harderwijk, near to the beach, bars and restaurants. Relatively quiet at night.
The hotel is next to a church so not super crowded at night. There were some people chatting under my window, guess it's a nice spot to hang out.
Parking is easy but not super cheap.

Breakfast was really nice, room was nice size and clean. Badroom was big, great shower and bathtub.
Bed was not good, hard and squeaky. But I heard from collegues that they liked their beds, so maybe mine was just an exception.

The hotel is so well placed - we loved the town and the atmosphere. We arrived a bit late on our first night and the chef cooked us a meal even though the restaurant was closed. The staff were so helpful. Bar and restaurant were lovely. We would definitely return.
We had to pay extra for parking as the free parking was gone... it would have been nice if that was included in the price. Also we had a room with three single beds, but the third bed was very narrow - smaller than a single bed, which was a difficult fit for an adult.

Very good location close to the little beach and only about 15 min walk to train station. Also really good to have a little fridge in the room. Very good choice of food at breakfast buffet.
A lovely 3 day stay & only negative is the room was just too hot both day & night, it had an electric fan provided but ideally really needs air conditioning throughout as apparently only a few rooms are available with air con.

Room cleaning absolutely abysmal with the duvet cover thrown over the pillows like a teenager would barely do at home (see picture). Unconceivable for a suite in a 4 stars hotel (which is not, it's a 3 star at best).

Duvets were a bit on the short side as we are quite tall.

Hello Hotel Team, Unfortunately, the shower utensils were not filled up, please check this for next time. Laundry service can be a bit better if shirts come back from service, unfortunately the shirts were creased.

Shower in bathtub, bathroom had a very basic look and feel, the place where we had breakfast looked outdated.
