comfy beds, swimming pool lovely. sauna was great. swimming pool attendant went out of his way to be helpful.

I would say that the hotel is a strong 8,5. The room is your average hotel room with the all the basics. The mattresses are a bit too soft for my liking, but ok. The stuff is friendly. Access to the pool is a big plus for the price. Nice water, decent size. Happened to be rather empty during our stay.

The toiletries should be refilled more often, our soap was almost empty. We also had to ask for the slippers, since they were not in the room.

Rooms were warm, water was hot, sheets were clean.

Where to start.... reception - at check in we were provided info on i.e. opening hours of the restaurant which turned out to be invalid what turned out when we entered the reception (no a'la carte as informed, buffet dinner later than informed).... restaurant - talking about buffet dinner at 4 star hotel - one soup and two hot main dishes to choose from it to be frank quite modest, breakfast is another story hardly anything without dairy, 2 types of ham, tomato, cucomber, that's it room & infrastructure - hotel has its best time gone long time ago and is in need of refurb i.e. glazing in bath cracked, falling of the wall in places, glued together with silicone, bed lamp broken falling off positioned against sofa which was holding it 'on', mini bar broken meaning not cooling (hotel claims that have no spares - 4 star hotel!); corridors' elevated floor is cracked as well, one walking along falls in holes and can feel extremelay uneven flooring which can cause hazard staff - out of approox 10 different staff members (reception, restaurant, bar, house keeping) there were 2 only who seemed to be kind and interested in what they were doing; rest very unpleasant, rude with attitude 'I'm not here to work but to rest and enjoy myself with other staff members' behaved and made impression of coming to work straigh from a nice party day before

liked swimming pool and sauna, in the rooms you have gowns, kettle, cups, water, coffee/tea stickers, we had a bath tub in a room) Check out time was aloud to prolong for one our) super nice breakfasts, big choice of food.

in my room Wifi you could only catch near the door or on a bathroom, complained on it but nothing changed after unfortunately. if you like to open window in a room - it is impossible. Fridge didn’t work in a room.

the room was just in front of the lifts and all night and morning there was a significant amount of noise coming from the corridor

The hotel is located a bit outside city centre. It will take around 30 minutes by bus/tram to reach train station. The extra bed was a sofa turned bed which was not comfortable. Parking fees for the car is 40 PLN

Everything was very good really, from start to end. Clean, comfortable, quiet, functional, quick processing at reception. Everything in the room worked.

The only issue I had was omelet - too raw for my taste. But other than that, the breakfast was excellent, probably the best I've ever had in a hotel. P.S. wifi signal was not so strong and I had to call reception for the password.

Wide selection of tasty food for breakfast made the add-on a good value for money. Our twin room was spacious.

The carpet in the rooms and corridors was dirty. Bathroom bin had not been emptied after previous guest. The room interior looked neglected and dated. Poor bathroom design made each shower result in a flooded floor. Unfortunately, it was not a 4 star experience.
