This is my favorite beach because of proximity to everything but we haven't been there in 20 years. We stayed in same unit we stayed in on our first vacation together. Its a perfect location but unit needs some updating. The weather was perfect and everyone is really nice. The weekend parking can be a trick. It used to be a hideaway but not anymore, very busy.

We are so thankful to our host for allowing us to stay in this beautiful historic location. Pass A Grille beach is steps away, and it was a perfect spot for us to adventure and relax during our wedding week. Our host had excellent communication and the ameneties were as expected. Thank you so much for helping to make our experience such a pleasant one!

The location of this condo can't be beat. You're right around the corner from amazing food and drinks, and right out the front window is the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Would love to come back!

Had a great weekend in Pass A Grille, Florida. Me & my husband just love this area in Florida. Our 2nd year watching the Xmas boat parade. Owner was very easy to communicate with. The condo was very nice. Thanks again for sharing.

The condo was right off the beach and had an awesome view. Great place to get away for peace and quiet. Also within walking distance of local food.

Another lovely week at this condo. Perfect weather, little time spent inside. Nice new chair in sitting area, couch way overdue for replacement. Love the location as always.

Every thing was fine except the balcony was not very private. All the other tenants had access to the balcony in front of our windows. And the beach was closed in front of the condo on Monday through the rest of our stay. We had to walk about three blocks to get on the beach.

This place suited our needs, she had everything for us. Make sure you bring beach towels if you want them. Perfect location, quiet, clean. Bed sags in the middle, but we were just so happy with being there, it didn't matter. I will stay again for sure!

It is very convenient for everything the freebie bus is good to get around, nice view from inside to the beach

Gentleman in charge of cleaning was extremely helpful and volunteered to help with bags upon leaving stating he liked helping people, Wish we had a key code to inter the Brass Monkey that adjoined the condo. Views were exceptional and just as anticipated. Parking worked but could have been a problem if we wanted to leave on weekend.

Stayed for 4 weeks. Everything was great. Definitely will come back.

Nice little clean efficiency. Great for sunning and swimming in the Gulf or walk 2 blocks and fish in the bay. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Host was very nice.

This is my second year staying at this condo. I love the location... walk right out to balcony to take in the ocean view and incredible sunsets. Short walking distance to several breakfast, lunch and dinner locations. Libations galore. Ice Cream shop. Short drive to grocery, gas, pharmacy. Perfect Workcation location. Very clean! Great place for a getaway. Walked to what we needed. A bit outdated, but we go for the beach and location is great.

We enjoyed our stay here! Super close to everything and you can’t beat the wafer view from the windows or watching the sun set from the deck.

Comfortable and affordable beach side condo. Air conditioner actually worked too well. Condo felt like home. Nice to have a full size kitchen and fridge. Would definitely stay again. Parking tight on Saturday evenings until the sun sets. Otherwise, we had close free parking. Great Hostess. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, the location was great! We were right across from the beach with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

My husband and I were there for 3 days and it was truly wonderful. The views and closeness to the beach were exceptional. The condo had everything we needed and more (full kitchen, excellent shower water pressure, even a beach umbrella, etc.) If we ever come back to Florida we will definitely stay here.

Location is perfect. Beach is beautiful and close. Restaurants nearby including a great ice cream shop. The balcony provided amazing sunset views and we can’t wait to stay here again!

When we arrived we couldn’t find parking. It was a gorgeous sunny Sunday afternoon and everyone wanted to go to the gulf. It took us an hour to find a parking space. But the rest of the time we found a space with out a problem. It was all during the week though. We loved the view and will stay again!!!

We so enjoyed sitting on the balcony right outside our door The only thing is the stairs were an issue for my knees but the view was worth it!

This is a great little condo with beachfront views. It takes less than a minute to go from the front door to standing on the beach. Excellent communication from the owner, and check in procedure was a breeze. Will definitely be back!

This is our favorite place to stay! Which is why we try to come back to it each year! Location is perfect, has all the amenities we need. Within walking distance to all our favs! And the deck awesome! Looking forward to next year already!

Amazing view of the beach, great condo, & exactly as described. We enjoyed having the kitchen available to cook a few meals when we didn’t want to eat out. The only issues that we had are that the bed has a slight dip in the middle and the light from the foyer is quite bright coming through the window at night. Some black out curtains would be beneficial for those who prefer complete darkness to sleep in. This may not be something they are able to do anything about due to HOA or insurance requirements so next time I will bring an eye mask. The host was dry easy to reach when lightening caused the water to not be heated and quick to respond when needed with our questions prior to our arrival. We hope to come back some day as this is an absolutely perfect location for much needed R & R! Thank you for letting us stay here, it was our best vacation yet!
