Live Like A Local On The Beach In The Heart Of Pass-a-Grille In Two Br Condo.
Silence. Gardons le secret le mieux gardé de Floride. Vieille communauté pittoresque avec des boutiques et des restaurants uniques. Guérissez votre âme avec la beauté de la nature. Le balcon de notre bâtiment offre le meilleur point de vue pour la beauté du coucher du soleil. Passez des jours sur la plage juste devant votre porte, avec l'aide de notre placard plein d'équipements de plage pour toute la famille. Installez des chaises et des parasols et promenez-vous le long de la plage tous les jours. Prenez le ferry pour Shell Key Wildlife Preserve. Marchez environ deux minutes dans la rue et détendez-vous à l'embarcadère pour la pêche et l'observation des pélicans. Cette partie de St Pete's Beach en fait une destination toute l'année grâce aux brises du golfe du Mexique et aux précipitations plus faibles. Un système de tramway ou un taxi gratuit devant votre porte vous transportera de haut en bas sur les plages du front du golfe, de sorte que vous n'avez vraiment même pas besoin d'une voiture, ou "Uber it" vers les attractions à proximité. À environ 10-15 minutes du centre-ville de St. Pete et juste au-dessus du pont à Tampa, vous trouverez Busch Gardens, Adventure Island Water Park et Legend Field, où se déroule l'entraînement printanier des NY Yankees.

The condo was perfect for the price and you can't beat the location. It's easy to walk the area for shopping and restaurants, and the beach is right out the front gate! It was also nicely stocked with supplies.
The biggest bummer for me was that 3 out of the 4 mornings of my stay, I was awakened by a trash truck (I think) with beeping and loud slamming. I sleep like the dead, too and this woke me up. I was looking forward to sleeping in on my vacation, but this had me up between 6-7 a.m. I enjoyed my stay overall, but this would give me pause from booking there again. This is not the fault of the property owner obviously, as it's out of her control, but I mention it as an observation of my stay.

The location can't be beat! Across the street from the beach, next to restaurants and shops, including an ice cream shop next door. It's a tight fit for more than 4, but can sleep 6. I live locally and wanted my visiting family to have somewhere to stay right on the beach for a couple of nights and somewhere for the baby to nap. It was prefect for that.

We just got home from 7 days in the condo on Pass-a-grille beach. It really is the perfect location. Restaurants, shopping, cocktails, beach and pier all just steps away. I loved having coffee in the morning on the communal balcony and then heading back up to watch the beautiful sunset. The condo was perfect for my husband, myself our three adult kids. The air conditioner was a champ, kept us cool and comfortable the entire week and it was in the high 80’s with the sun blazing the entire time. It was equipped with everything we needed and I was happy to find beach chairs and noodle floaties in the closet! It was quiet at night even with the bar right next door. We definitely would stay here again the next time we visit!

We arrived at the unit and it is on a great beach in a great location on this island. Upon arrival we arrived in the unit and unpacked and unfolded the sofa bed and murphy bed and crackers/ chips/ cereal fell all out on the floor, maybe the cleaning staff does'nt clean these areas, we cleaned it up and did not complain. We had a great stay, wonderful place to take a vacation at and would highly reccommend staying here again just not at this particular condo. We got home and today I have a charge of $89 pending and the owner claims we stole (10) towels!!! We had a bundle of (3) towles and wash rags in each bedroom upon arrival, there was not (10 towels total!!! We cleaned up before checking out and place the (6) towels with all the bed linens in the bathroom per the instructions on the fridge. This is highly unprofessional to accuse a tenant of this, maybe she should check with her cleaning people and not accuse people of this. We are from Texas and traveled along way to this beach, will still highly recommend just will not be staying here again and am disputing this charge that was falsely put on my credit card!!!

Great location and had everything we needed except hand and shower soap. You might want to pack that. Host was excellent to work with and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation! The host was quick to respond and very generous. Location of the condo is directly across from the beach, however it is connected to a restaurant so parking was a little tricky in the evening. But, I would still go back and stay there! Thank you for providing your place and allowing my family to enjoy a much needed vacation!

From the very beginning, Jeanne was amazing. She was quick to reapond to my questions and offer her help. The place was perfect for our family. The location was wonderful, directly across the street from beautiful pass a grille beach. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our time in Passé A Grill. We didn’t spend much time at the property so we didn’t mind it being small. The beach Chairs provided were very nice to have and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. The beach is so full of shells here which is fun and annoying at the same time. We weren’t expecting this but we did really enjoy the area.

Great property with everything we needed. Kids loved the beach toys and boogie boards. Also had chairs and beach umbrella. The unit was perfect for a family with small kids. Easy checkin and checkout with no extra demands! Just needed to take out the garbage and put the used towels in the shower. We’d love to visit again!

Glad we found this property! Spent most of the time on the beach or out on the balcony, unit had enough space for 4 adults and 2 children when we were there. Beds, bath, living room, and kitchen as described. Parking was included. Would stay here again if in the area.

This was our first time to this area and we loved it. This is one of the more affordable properties in the area. Several cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely beach just across the street. Walked to the Shell Key Ferry and spent some time on Shell Key. Owner was very informative and responsive.

This place was in a great location! Walking distance to many restaurants and bars! Directly across from the beach! The freebee rides were so convenient and easy to do! The sunsets were amazing from the beach or the common area above the unit! Jeanne was as excellent host! Would definitely recommend this place!

The condo has an excellent location. It is right next to the beach, with beautiful views from the balcony, and next to several great restaurants.

The location is perfect! Just steps from the beach and nice restaurants and shops. The Owner is very pleasant and helpful. She let us to check in earlier because of our early flight. The property is very small and outdated, but has everything you need. We would like come back here again.

Absolutely amazing!
The property provided the ideal location to the beach with easy and close access to the beach, local shops and activities. The property's private balcony allowed us to enjoy the beach from a distance and in the shade of the hot sun for part of the day with beautiful views at sunset. We used the kitchen and electric grill which were ideal for the group we had. I'd recommend this to others!

This property is an amazing piece of Pass- a-Grille history right across from the beach! Sunsets galore! This condo unit is possibly the best appointed rental we have stayed in - just bring your personal items & enjoy!! Beds are comfortable, bedding is nice, water pressure is great, so clean, & the kitchen is completely ready to use (these things are not the case everywhere) Jeanne is a wonderful host — so responsive & helpful!! This is the Second time we have stayed in this unit.
We loved the updates she has done!
We love that it's just steps to the beach and you have a great view from the upper "balcony" area.
Communication with her is so easy and she's quick to respond.
When there was a slight issue with the water heater a little late one night, she was so quick to respond and the issue was fixed immediately. We just had to go out and flip a switch up.
The unit is clean and has the basics you need for your stay. I personally love the decorations as well.
We definitely look forward to coming back and staying in this unit soon.

Perfect location
You can't get any closer to Pass-a-grille beach. My wife and her 2 girlfriends had a perfect girls weekend and we will definitely be back. Jeanne was a great host!

1 Minute Walk to the Beach
Very convenient to the beach. Room was small. One bathroom wasn't a problem. Thought the parking was going to be a problem, at the end of the weekend it all worked out. Very short walks to food and nice shopping. We enjoyed the location, local amenities and the area. Felt very comfortable in and around the unit. One word of caution, check the local weather and beach conditions.
