the room was very clean, comfortable for business travel.

the bathroom has limited space. room service rates very expensive for what you get.

Had an Incredible stay as a returning guest to Paxton . I got a personal welcome from Werner when I got to my room , The view of the Harbour was Everything, Not to mention the Spacious room and attention to detail, the staff both reception and security were more than willing to assist with anything I wanted. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options , the chef made my Omelette with a smile . The gentlemen who manage the restaurant are well dressed and groomed ,extremely pleasant environment .

The sheets had iron stains, car parked outside no option for secure parking. Bathrooms are tiny but manageable.

It's location, central to my areas of concern.

The tea/ coffee station had sachets for one serving. I like tea at night and coffee in the morning, sugar and cremora was just one serving.

The hotel was clean and neat and the staff were friendly.

The air-conditioning in our room was broken - the room was very hot and we were unable to sleep. There was also a lot of noise from the parking lot below throughout the night on both Friday and Saturday evening. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together which was not very comfortable.

floors was dirty, parts of decor broken, no kettle (despite cup/tea bags), safe didn't work, significant toilet problems. Staff seemed disinterested when reported.

Staff member at reception was busy with her and only saw me when another lady started helping me come from an office inside. The aircon was not effective as I had to work closer to it to feel it.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the security is very good, I honestly enjoyed my stay there.

My parents really loved their breakfast. They were impressed with how considerate the hotel is when it comes to healthy eating for elderly people.

I made a booking in August for New Year yet my parents still didn't get the sea view room, which was a big disappointment for them, especially for me.

Although the Hotel is small it is neat and very clean. Limited facilities but that did not make any difference because the staff was extremely helpful and caring. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly.

The only thing was the limited outside parking.
