Clean spacious rooms. Super friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the station and 5 min away to the centre by the tram. The room contained a mini bar, a fridge and heating system in the room and bathroom which I always appreciate.

One night the noise from the TV next room kept reaching me until a late hour. Not sure if that was the sound-proofing fault or the neighbors fault for keeping the volume high. Despite that I slept very well.

Room was next to lift, which was noisy, especially if there are other guests leaving early in the morning.

The location of the hotel is very good, 1 minute walk to the train station, 2 minutes walk to the tram station, and only about 10 minutes to the busiest city. The room is large and reasonably furnished with a coffee machine and refrigerator. It is comfortable. The owner is very enthusiastic and introduced us a lot of good places about Ghent.

Since there are only four rooms on each floor, and the elevator room is in the middle, the sound of the elevator running can often be heard in the room.

Nice hotel, very recommended. The room was big enough for family of 3, kid had enough space to run and play. 2 mins walking to train station, 1 min to bus station. There was a deli store 2 store away, all in all it’s very convenient.

Location at just few minutes walking from the train station and Flibco stop. Rooms big, very clean and beds comfortable. The staff is very kind and ready to help. I love the breakfast offer, it's a tiny corner with everything you may want and some extra dishes they can prepare for you immediately. The fruit salad bar is not as those big bowls with wet fruit from many days, it's a careful selection of fresh, properly divided and well cut fruit. Everything top!!!

Nothing, although the shower gel dispenser was empty and we didn't have any with us to shower so had to make us of the free soap bars. This is a minor item on an overall great nights stay, just wish we had been able to stay longer

Wonderful buffet breakfast, a lot of choice and excellent quality. Big room, a lot of space. Super location , 3 mns walk from train station. Outstandingly nice staff, very helpful and super attentive to their guests well being, they moved us to another room as the temperature was too high to sleep well in the one we got initially. Thank you so much!

Beds a bit too soft , but that may be just my taste.
