Happy House by the Sea
Happy House est un charmant 2 chambres 1 salle de bain Cottage 1/2 bloc à l'entrée de Seacliff State Beach Park. Il a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec cafetière, cuisinière / four, réfrigérateur, ustensiles de cuisine et lave-vaisselle. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse, nous fournissons des draps et des serviettes pour la maison. Nous avons amélioré l'accès Internet sans fil haut débit par fibre optique, la télévision directe, le DVD et le magnétoscope avec des films pour enfants. Il est à moins d'un pâté de maisons de l'épicerie, des restaurants et des magasins. Les installations comprennent un foyer à gaz, une cour arrière clôturée, un parking hors rue pour 3 véhicules et un barbecue au charbon de bois.
Nous sommes près des séquoias dans le parc national Nisene Marks et à 10 minutes en voiture de la promenade de Santa Cruz Beach. Monterey Bay Aquarium est à environ 45 minutes en voiture.
Nous avons une atmosphère détendue et décontractée. Pour les petits enfants, il y a 2 sièges d'appoint pour la table de cuisine et les jouets de plage. Nous avons un assortiment de livres pour enfants, méga-blocs, jeux de société familiaux, chaises de plage, parapluies et planches de bodyboard que vous êtes invités à utiliser.

What a pleasant surprise this little beach house was…perfect sleeping configuration, cozy comfy beds, awesomely supplied kitchen, great backyard patio, and super convenient to walk on the beach or beach walk…we will return to this place for sure!

This is a great smaller home located above Sea Cliff State Beach. I would say perfect for four guests and quite acceptable for six. We had six. Very old school in a good way. Not a super modern property and not a party destination if that is what you are looking for. The host was very easy to connect with. We would definitely return.

Not easy finding house so close to the beach that will accept multiple Large dogs. Mexican restaurant, general store and ice cream. 1 block away. We did not do any cooking but it appears the house was well stocked with pans and utensils to do the basics if you wanted to cook. Hopefully we will be able to come back soon.

The house is a cozy place in a great location. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard and walking down to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Happy House is in a great spot. Near the Highway and closer to the beach. Santa Cruz and all it had to offer is about 15 minutes away. It might take longer on heavy traffic days. The cottage is small but fit our family of six comfortably. The courtyard behind the cottage is inviting, but we didn’t have the time to enjoy it. We had a nice visit.

Great location just a few steps to restaurants, store, ice cream shop and about a 5-minute walk to beach (the beach is downhill, but you can also drive to a parking lot if walking up and down a hill is an issue for you). Short drive to the magical Forest of Nisene Marks.

We had a wonderful stay.
This is a very cute and comfy house. Well equipped with everything we needed. Patio is fenced and great for our dogs. Small store close by, Snow-white restaurant and a few others. Seacliff state park is within walking distance, we also hiked State Park Nisene. Thank you, Happy House, for a wonderful and relaxing time.

This house was super cozy, the back patio was private and beautiful, and the walk to the beautiful beach was so easy. Perfect for our little family getaway, a short walk to restaurants and ice cream. We would love to come back!

Perfect vacation
Happy house lived up to it’s name! We stayed here for 2 weeks. The location is perfect for shopping, exploring, hiking and biking. I took our 5 year old grandson up to the skate/play park 2 blocks away one morning. He had the time of his life running around the skate park like a ninja warrior! Safeway is 1/2 mile away and good restaurants are all around the area.

Cute little cottage steps away from the beach .. we really enjoyed it .. the seating in the living room was very uncomfortable and no real tv options but we revisited Disney movies that we’re available on DVDs .. that’s always fun even for adults.. we will go back and stay longer next time .. perfect spot .

We LOVED this house! It is within walking distance to everything we needed. Everyday included walks to the beach and beautiful sunsets. The fully enclosed private backyard/patio was perfect for our dog and it was just a great place to hang out with the family.

Favorite VRBO to date
My stay at Happy House was awesome. Emelia was very responsive and check in and check out were easy. The house was relaxing, spotless, and well-equipped (I cooked a lot, used the in-unit washer and dryer, and also borrowed a beach chair) and the fireplace was great. You can be sitting on the beach after literally a 5-minute walk or 3-minute drive (there is lots of parking and Emelia allowed use of her parking pass). The beach itself is long, wide, and clean with beautiful sunsets. I feel completely rejuvenated and definitely plan to go back!

Excellent stay at Happy House
We had a great stay at Happy House with our 4 year old daughter. Description and listing are accurate and it worked very well for our family. Small kitchen with essentials provided. Bedrooms comfortable. Living and dining areas cosy and perfect for a small family to gather and hang. Access to beach and local restaurants all super close and convenient. Both Santa Cruz boardwalk and Monterey are short drives away. Check in was super easy and Emelia communicated well and provided all the information and support you could need. We look forward to a return trip!

Amazing retreat
Cozy little house literally 5min from the beach (no they weren't kidding). Has all the amenities you need and even comes with toys and stuff for your little one. We had an amazing time and when the nice breeze the place stayed cool and nice even during the hot days. Highly recommended

Cute and comfortable Seacliff rental
We enjoyed our stay at Happy House. It is nearby a busy intersection leading to Seacliff state beach but very quiet and comfortable. I love to cook and the kitchen is well equipped including a blender and toaster. I appreciated the stackable washer and dryer. We enjoyed the short walk to Seacliff beach and also used the provided parking permit. We also liked the 5 minute walk for ice cream and local restaurants! Across the freeway in Aptos Village are wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and stores. It is the perfect location.
