The landscape is just magnificent and the hotel layout is great. The rooms are very spacious and well eqiipped. Variois activities for kids are available
However, the service is very average, the PQR for good and drinks rather low and some services arranged strangely (e.g. you could not get sunbed or chair on the beach, ALL the outdoor pools are too cold for kids and there is not a drop of drinking water in the room)

the apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable
the food was not very good and excessively expensive! staff not very friendly.

1st property (townhouse) had a lot of space for 2 adults and 2 children and was close to the main pools
and hotel facilities.
2nd property (garden suite) was closer to local restaurants than the complex facilities. Saving us half the price and are infinitely better serviced.
Moved mid stay as the town house was in poor working condition/tired and dirty (mould around shower, for e.g).
New property had washing machine gunk in rim, smell
of drains in bathroom and generally needed to be cleaned better, more regularly.

Everything! We couldnt fault one bit of our stay at Pine Cliffs, everything was perfect - from the accommodation, to the service, standard of food and the pools. The beach was also absolutely beautiful, we cannot wait to go back!
The swimming pools are not heated, so a bit cold in May! However, once you were in and splashing around, it was fine!

Very good property with lots of facilities. Tennis, golf, kids play area are all available. Beach is just below the hotel.
They have one person manning the breakfast buffet which leads to queues daily. For such a big luxury resort, they need to have more people manning the breakfast buffet. Also, the breakfast menu is exactly the same everyday with no variations.
Sometimes pool service is available and sometimes it is not.

Amazing, lush green grounds across the whole resort. Pool areas very nice. Townhouses are very spacious and set among beautiful gardens. Access to beach is perfect.
Food and drinks are expensive, but you are paying for convenience.

Location.. the walk down to the beach was amazing, the beach itself was complete knockout.
The food.. every meal we had weather it be the steak or a burger was the best we’d ever tasted.
The staff.. The best of any hotel I have ever stayed, I can’t say much more than that.
This hotel came recommended and I would myself encourage any persons looking for a getaway to go and try this place. Completely faultless.

We visited here 13 years ago and were very impressed. And now returning, our experience has been once again impeccable. We booked one of the 3 bedroom apartments for our group of 5. We were upgraded to one of the newer ones closer to the main facilities. Beautiful and everything 5 star. Everything handled as it should during COVID, without feeling you were not getting the full experience. I would most certainly return and happily recommend!

Amazing resort! Those pines will stay in our hearts forever! The view from the cliff is gorgeous! And I definitely recommend to have a walk around the golf course.
In summer it's getting too crowded, so I would recommend staying here off season to fully enjoy the resort territory

Great villa and beautiful resort
Busier than when previously been which meant finding sun beds and Availability at restaurants more challenging. Prices are also very high for food and drink.

However the villa was very tired, not quite up to the standard I expect at Pine Cliffs. Beds weren’t changed at all during our stay.
