The facility is great, food was great as well, and the shows are amazing

They take forever to help you at the frome desk, they had so much ppl standing up waiting for only 2 ppl helping on front desk

The room was excellent and very comfortable, all the staff very kind and gentle. The location very good. Breakfast and dinner were great

The bathrooms by the pool were dirty and not nice at all. The wine included was awful and the buffet at meal time was not that good.

buffet terrible !we have 2 special themes for dinner in the buffet BBQ night and Latin night both were the same food nothing even close with their theme. the buffet needs mayor improve . only the breakfast was ok. The was to many people every where in the pool ,oh my god ! the speakers in the poll would not let us relax! people reserve launches super early with their towels or shoes and if we come to the pool or beach at 10 am there is not launches left. the beach doesn't have umbrellas we need to to rent them for 300 pesos a day in a all inclusive !!!!!! people leave food and empty glasses everywhere. we definitely won't do a big hotel again we love the small personal places

I love the location as the beach is right there! The pools were great! The staff with the exception of the staff member that checked us in, were exceptional. All the rest of the staff was very nice, pleasant, and went over and beyond. For this reason, I did not give this hotel a 0-1 rating.

We paid for premiere and the first hotel room we were assigned the AC did not work at all and was verified. The 2nd room the AC didn't work very well but too tired to change rooms. The room was hot and uncomfortable. We did notice discrimination. We noticed the majority of Caucasians and people from Canada "White" were given the best rooms and their ACs all worked. We spoked to many of them. We felt very discriminated as we are Mexican but most of your guest were Mexican but not treated like the "white" The showers do not have a door and the water gets all over the floor and a lot. It's disgusting! The food was not good at all. In the premiere lounge, the food was all exposed with flies. Just wrapping the plates in saran wrap would work to keep the flies off the food as we pay extra for this service. Also, the premiere lounge only has 1 kind of red wine which was our only choice and it was bad. Wifi was not good and English channels and English movies were not available.

We loved our stay, safe, clean and the staff was very respectful. We would return soon. It was a great stay. There was 13 of us and we all agreed to come back. Thanks -

What I didn't like was that when I made my reservation in February 2023 for March 19 thru 22, 2023, I purchased 3 rooms with ocean view, my 2 kids were added to my sister's room and when we arrived to the resort they made a mess with payment. They charged my sister for my kids and had a hard time separating charges then when we had room service for cleaning they only gave us 2 towels instead of 4. Plus when we received the pool towel cards same problem we only had 2 cards so can only check out 2 of them and not 4. I had to then go back to reception and explain the whole story to them about staff never dropping off 2 extra towels for showering and were forced to share them with the 4 of us and the same for pool towels. They finally investigated and gave me 2 extra cards and and on my last day, they included 2 more shower towels for our room. The menu during our stay wasn't the best choices so I would recommend for you guys to make a better menu fir lunch and dinner please.
