The staff were great... from the front desk to the breakfast crew, they were friendly, efficient and helpful.
The room was small- tight, there was an interleaving door to the room next door through which we could hear our neighbour talking on her phone.
The internet was down for our entire stay.
The TV had very limited channels, poor resolution, and poor reception.
For the price, it was disappointing.

Location
Hotel failed to adhere to my request which I made in advance at the time I made the booking and despite the hotel having confirmed that my request had been noted. The breakfast was badly prepared. I ended going to buy breakfast outside the hotel. I cancelled all my week long booking and moved to another hotel, as a result

Facilities and surroundings are cool aircon was effective and cleanliness of rooms and other areas.
The building comes across as cold and heavy with the wooden doors. Somewhat dark passages. Towels are clean but needs replacement. Some carpet vacuuming in the passage where i was staying was not done.

People making so much noise in the hallways, it's impossible to sleep. Zero respect.

The waiting lounge and the dining area
The outside area or the yard seems incomplete also we could hear the noise from the neighbours so privacy was not there. also, the food was bot entirely complete and tasty because we had to call room service again to get the missing items, twice.

Please also put some fridges in the rooms for our drinks.

Breakfast over priced buffet enjoyed by more staff than guests! Rooms not insulated from noisy guests leaving at 4:23 in the morning.
