L’emplacement est très bien situé et le personnel est très agréable les chambres sont bien et calmes.
Pas assez de transats et manque de soleil autour de la piscine à cause des arbres qui ne sont pas assez élagués.

Room was perfect very cleam and all ready when we arrived , location is excellent , staff very helpful and pool was great for the kids
Pool aread coudl do wih a revamp , as there is no restaurant or Bar would be a great idea to have some vending machines for snacks and drinks

We had a large room with probably the most comfortable bed I've had when travelling.
The hotel was quiet with little noise from other guests.
It's well located for access to the town & beach.
It would have been nice to have had a bar/restaurant on site.
The kitchenette area could have been a bit bigger and the description of how it was equipped could have been better.

the swimming pool was only open 11 to 18.00 should have been open longer particularly earlier in the morning like from 8.00

This wonderful hotel is located in a beautiful residential area where you will find many stunning 19th Century Villas. To get to the centre of Arcachon you have to walk through Parc Mauresque and takes about 15 minutes. This is an elevated area and walking back from town is a nice challenge. The hotel reception was very friendly and informative. Our stay was out of season so we weren't surprised to see renovations taking place on both the inside on the inside and outside. There are many villas in the area so take time out to walk around the side streets. Free wifi and off road parking was a bonus.

Very quiet residence in beautiful surroundings of heritage houses. Good facilities available and within walking distance of town. Excellent breakfasts and friendly and helpful staff.

We were on foot so if elevator wasn’t working then it was a trek up the hill!

Have to ask to borrow kettle and hair dryer, why? These are pretty standard items.
Would be nice to have mosquito netting.
The place is comfortable but the rooms would benefit from updating, especially considering the priced charged.

The hotel was very nice. Pool was small but clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The area where the hotel was located was beautiful, quiet and interesting though a good walk uphill from Arcachon.
So hot in the room at night which made it difficult to sleep well. We didn't have air conditioning or a mosquito net so we couldn't leave the window open.

beautiful building in a lovely area. comfy rooms and nice breakfast just a short walk from the beach
not many spaces to sit at the pool and the upstairs terrace didn’t have cushions on the chairs

Plenty of character, very well situated for a stroll through the park down to the beach. We were lucky to be in a family room with a terrasse opening onto the garden and short walk to the lovely pool.
It was extremely hot during a heatwave plus the forest fires, with smoke surrounding us on last day, so even if no aircon in our rooms it was present in main hotel area, so would’ve been great if they’d switched it on in the communal breakfast lounge.

Rooms were so basic, fitted in cheapest way possible. Everything looked tired

Building and facilities were lovely and fully meet expectations. Staff very helpful and breakfast good with variety and standard.
The stay was lovely and all needs were meet. An additional toilet roll in the room was the only requirement not met. We didn’t request this but would have been preferable

Spacious room, very beautiful place and surrounding. Room equipped with a small kitchen. Parking space available.
Did not know about the reception hour. Although no issues, thankfully we came right before it closed.
Thin walls, can hear the neighbor next door coughing.
