On our trip to Provence, we arrived by flight at Marseille airport late in the evening, and took off from it early in the morning. We booked the hotel for the first and the last night of the trip. The location of the hotel is very convenient, we arrived there five minutes after we picked up the car at the airport and returned the car at the end of the trip five minutes after we left the hotel.

I like that it was close to the airport

The girl who checked me in, was really rude to me, and then she was also rude and hung up on me when I was trying to call her from airport shuttle phone after I dropped off my rental car. She shouldn’t be working in the hospitality business because she was literally rude to me And it really made my stay there horrible because she didn’t make me feel welcome at all, in fact she acted like she was mad that she had to help me.

Clean, comfortable airport hotel with a beautiful pool. Staff went out of their way to be helpful with my air travel difficulties.

Location was near airport, but traveling with baby it was imbosible to walk to airport. Room was okey. Clean and good for one night stay.

Receptionist charge for us breakfast altough we didn’t had or order it. He also promised to get us taxi with baby seat, but that didn’t happen either. So service could have been a lot better.

We were yelled and growled at very loudly !!! We were under the understanding we paid for breakfast at check in but we would not be there as we had to leave at 5.00am. We did not leave until 5.15 so my partner and I grabbed a juice and a croissant. We were shouted at by reception "YOU NEED TO PAY FOR WHAT YOU HAVE EATEN " This was so upsetting and unforgivable. It was in front of so many others .
