Highly professional staff; location near airport; excellent restaurant ; reasonable fees. would return again when the need arises to be near the Paris airport.

Charged Paris City tax for the children in our group....challenged this with reception, but still charged and paid this. Could someone please contact me about this and how you will refund me and discuss the stress this caused.

Staff could have been more kind and cooperative! You can definitely do better with cleanliness and tidiness ! My stay wasn’t comfortable at all though it was expensive! Definitely overpriced and overrated!

smelled terribly of cigarettes . stayed in room 521. arrived very late after 18h flight and crashed at midnight so too late to actually change the room . receptionist charged me 150£ as deposit to ensure I don’t smoke in the room. and I specifically requested i am not given a room where there where people smoking before…disgusting. it needs renovating. the morning the smell was unbearable so went at 7am to breakfast. when I complained to the receptionist on checkout he ignored what i said and just asked me if i am meant to also pay for parking or shuttle. 0 apologies.
