Gute Lage. Ruhiger Hotel.

Dusche in unserem Zimmer ist ausgelaufen. Die Gummi unten hält nichts. Im Badezimmer war kein Mülleimer. Neben dem Bett gab nur eine Steckdose und diese hat nicht funktioniert.

In einer sehr guten Lage für Ausflüge in und um Dresden gelegen bietet es einen tollen Service. Das Frühstück bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas.

We like the room a lot. It was big and very comfortable. It has good beds, a modern bathroom, and big windows, so it has a lot of light during the day. We also very much appreciate that the hotel is pet friendly and has parking space.

We did not like the location. Too far to walk to the city center. We did not as the way breakfast worked. That we have to order our food a day before. We did not understand how it worked, and when we asked a receptionist to help, he did not have much idea himself, and my daughter ended up not having anything to eat at breakfast. Also, at breakfast, the fruits were spoiled, and when I showed them to the person in charge, he even did not apologize or did not offer the fresh fruit instead. nothing....

We loved this stay so much. Chosen for its traditional Saxony ambiance and it did not disappoint. Family room was ample for 3 older teens and an adult. Beautiful high ceilings and tall windows offering views to the surrounding streets. We chose to walk into the township although the team is on the Hotel’s doorstep as an option. The breakfast was awesome - beautifully served, silver service coffee, freshly made-to-order menu options and full buffet. The staff clearly care to provide the best service possible. We messaged ahead to reserve off street parking at 12 Euros per day. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Recommended for families. Absolutly amazing hotel in the perfect place of the city. Perfect staff, perfect interior, great breackfast. They have also closed parking lot. Suit is comfort and stylish.

Can not imagine any negative factor.

Very nice and quite place, although there was a road repair in front of hotel. Superb breakfasts, delicious meal (buffet and menu with egg options). Room was clean and beautiful, with small kitchen for extra charge. In building there was a meat restaurant with 5* steaks.

There was no coffee machine although it was stated in description of the room.

Very nice building, close enough to the city's landmarks (5min by car). We had a large apartment with a nice street view - a bit noisy due to traffic and tram going right in front of the hotel, however not a problem. The hotel has an elevator which was great as we traveled with heavy luggage. A small kitchenette (hidden in a wardrobe :)) a fridge and a coffee maker, good beds, clean rooms and bathroom, enough towels. The restaurant/beer garden at the ground level was very convenient, cozy.

There was a construction site right in front of the hotel so no direct access with the car nor parking available on site. We had to park on a side street aprox 100m, not a big issue however it would have been better to be informed in advance. Wifi had a low bandwidth and weak signal.

Excellent hotel with huge rooms with kitchenette amazingly comfortable, vast, well insulated although they enjoy large windows . Convenient steak house downstairs. Amazing breakfast buffet. Very well connected to the city center.

Very friendly service. Superb breakfast, cooked to order. Location ideal for getting into the Altstadt..just a few stops on the tram. Hotel had character.

Very nice house . Very helpful and polite, dedicated staff. Family members likely. Very smart ideas. Large room with a lot of light. Nice steak house restaurant ground floor with garden side tables. Tasty, a bit overpriced, but very convenient. The quarter is next door to the main medical University and hospital. Lots of shops around, bus, tramways at the hotel gate
