Frühstück war in Ordnung

Es gab kein Telefon im Zimmer-kein Schuhanzieher kein Flaschenöffner.Es waren keine Schubladen am Schreibtisch also mit der Ausstattung waren wir entäuscht.Auf die Frage warum kein Telefon vorhanden ist wurde uns gesagt ein jeder hätte ja ein Händy.worauf ich sagte wir sind 84 Jahre alt und haben kein Händy. Also wir waren schon in vielen Intercity-Hotels Hamburg-Altona und Berlin Hbf da gab es immer Telefon.So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Es gab keine Bar,man konnte dort nicht zu Abend essen,slso wir waren enttäuscht.

The beds were not comfortable and the pillows very hard and way too big so you could not use them.

The lady who check out was disrespectful. Room was very small.

Comfortable and big enough room. Perfect location - right next to the train station and the lake. The staff was very polite and helpful, and the room was clean. The room had good enough internet and a comfortable desktop for work.

It can be a bit noisy sometimes, but not too much.

Good location and good view from the room. Breakfast is ok.

The room is small, poorly equipped, no safety box, no bottled water. There is no parking service, and some service staff at the reception had bad attitudes. The hotel condition does not meet the hotel class.

No restaurant facilities apart from Breakfast, Internet was excellent, staff friendly and professional, and the location close to the centre and the train station was perfect

Business area with internet, printer and scan facilities would have been a great addition

The location is good . Easy to reach by walking to city center. Near the main train station. Also you can find e-charge in the nearby closed car park which is good for e-autos.

Good hotel, close to the old city, and the next train station. Very quiet, maybe because a lot of aged people :) testy standard breakfast, personal speaks English and friendly. 1 min walk from the hotel and you can see an amazing small lake next to the old city. Wifi is fast and free and could connect with two devices.

Although the room was mostly clean, noticed big stains on the room chair. Also overall the hotel face is too old and dirty, maybe the only building in the town that does not fit in the overall authentic German city vibe.

the view from our hotel room was very beautiful! And the location is perfect, close to the main attractions and we felt very safe. The staff was also very nice and friendly.

The beds were very uncomfortable unfortunately.

Excellent hotel right outside station. Great view over city from top floor. Short walk to city centre where there are excellent restaurants. The free city transport ticket given by the hotel enanled me to explore the suburbs by tram. Excellent breakfast buffet

Guests smoking right outside the front door. The hotel must do better than that.

it’s was in the middle of the city which provided me everything I needed it had a lovely view as well

it’s not so much of sound prof but apart from that everything is perfect I love this hotel

The room was cold and heating was very weak in a cold night
