The location is spot on, its about 150 steps from the Penkenbahn lift, its as in the middle as you could be without having any nightlife noise.
It seems as if young families are excited and noisy on the first night, my kids were the same! But normally they burn out by 10pm and it's only now and again, a good pair of ear plugs can sort this out.

The apartment was pristine clean, very comfortable and was just one minute walk to the Penkenbahn lift.
I liked wooden design of the apartment. I kept wondering how the owners maintain wood in such a great condition. The wood was untreated, smelled nice and pleasant to touch.
And very caring staff, starting from Rafael (the owner?) who helped me in some emergency situation involving my child. He went extra mile to help and I am so grateful for that!

Had great communication in English and very welcoming owners. Bright and spacious apartment with everything you could need. Large comfy bed and a real home from home. The location is the best for the Penken lift and Spar Supermarket being 1 min away. We loved it.

It wasn't possible to turn on the heating (radiator) in a bathroom to have clothes dry.

I stayed at the property with my daughter and we loved it. The accommodation was spotless, modern, cozy and comfortable. The location was great, right in the center of town. The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and accommodating! Fab stay!

Beautiful apartments, with amazing views. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The apartments are set up well for families with young children, we did not have to worry about 'baby proofing' when we arrived. Fantastic location, close to the cable car stations and the main street (restaurants and shops). Parking was available directly in front of the property. We defiantly hope to come again!

Great location, very close to centre of town, both ski lifts and amenities. Great in summer, maybe be louder when the apre-ski bars are open in the winter.
Garden entrance to the apartment was a little overgrown, other than having to duck under the vines more often, just made it feel a little unkept.

The only "downside" was all the beds in our rooms were sofa double beds, which were okay but not great in comfort.
