Exceptionally good service and dedicated owners. Wide selection of at a breakfast buffet with quality food. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud that secures a good night sleep. This hotel is my first choice in the area.

A lovely spot to stay at, cosy rooms, a nice garden, a delicious breakfast and the opportunity to buy local goods such a beer specialities. Makes a visit in Bad Münstereifel and its surroundings attractive.

Hotel Landhauszeit is a little gem. Friendly, comfortable and well located ! Everything you would want ! Bery charming indeed.

We got offered an upgrade without requesting which is always welcome and we ended up in a spacious room with a balcony. The hotel is super cute and nicely decorated. The staff was super nice although with limited english. Hand gestures go a long way anyway.

Everything was perfect, but just a small note regarding breakfast. For the price we could have a bit more variety, like Yogurt instead of just milk. Fresh orange juice instead of "package" one. More variety in bread/croissant.

Great location (5 min walk to the old town area), friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The rooms are very clean and well decorated and the backyard and terrace can be used as well. Fully stocked fridge for wine and beer self-service and free parking nearby.

Fantastic breakfast with a good selection of fresh foods

A beautifully furnished and decorated guest house, a short stroll from the medieval town. I would say photos don't quite do the quality of the interiors justice; it is all so stylish, chic and textural. Staff were welcoming and very helpful on parking and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was a real delight: healthy, locally sourced to an extent (e.g. honey) and nicely presented in glass vessels rather than plastic.

The only quibble we had was over some, supposedly, complimentary drinks on arrival. This was a lovely gesture. Unfortunately, for some reason an honesty bar tab was generated and they were added to our room bill. After double-checking our facts, we approached the management by e-mail following our departure, but, they insisted that we must have consumed additional drinks over and above those offered as complimentary. A bit insulting as we knew this was not the case. The issue is not the expense, but the attitude towards us as customers. It took the shine off an otherwise delightful short stay and contrasted with the warmth, friendliness and professionalism we experienced elsewhere in Germany.
