Nice rooms, nice view from the balcony, beautiful pool area

Location. It was difficult finding a taxi for 5 persons at checkout (1 hour). It is located very far from everything (stores, cafés and restaurants, public communication…) Restaurant was average, but ok for children.

There were some loud guests in the hotel - hotel management didn’t seem to care which was very disappointing as everyone else wanted a quiet, relaxing holidays but all people were talking about was that group of people. We had to listen to them singing from 9am to 3am. Entertainment area is just around the pool - so ask for room that doesn’t have a pool view - otherwise, you wont sleep until 3am. Food was very poor and very pricy.

Property is great

My stay was all inclusive, without alcohol. Now come to find out when I come to lunch and dinner my drinks( water, juice) are not included. When you state all inclusive on your booking breakfast, lunch and dinner outside of alcohol, this should include drinks and I should not be required to pay for it after every consumption of a meal. Now during breakfast, coffee and water was included so this makes no sense to me. It’s very deceiving, and I consider this booking false!  Will not stay with us facility again. But I mentioned this to the checkin/check out employee, the only response was, I’m sorry.

The room was of a good size, the bed comfortable and shower okay. We stayed to attend a workshop so it was okay. But the location is far from Alicante and a hefty taxi fare to go anywhere as you pay extra when you call out for a taxi to pick you up.

Buffett breakfast had many options but the coffee was terrible. There are coffee places and restaurants within walking distance with better and cheaper choices.

On arrival we waited 30 minutes to check in. On booking we asked for a double bed and when we entered the room we had two single beds. The floor in the room was not clean.. There were bits on the floor. Breakfast next morning was the worst breakfast we have ever had....it was cold and the scrambled egg was sloppy and slimy. Made us feel sick.

Decent golf course attached to hotel, played it 4 times in 5 days. Few bars close by but needed a taxi to El Campello for more variety Food ok. Decent views, we had the Pool view and the 8th green. Class
