Ubicación excelente, al lado de la Ciudadela y en cinco minutos el centro histórico.

El hotel es muy antiguo. No funcionaba el termostato, la bañera era muy antigua, desgastada, al igual que el resto del mobiliario. En mi opinión demasiado caro calidad /precio.

The room was easily accessible from the lift and the air conditioning was on and the room lovely and cool. We had a small balcony and the view was across the town. Very quiet and peaceful considering the size of the hotel with easy access to the town centre. Also good parking for our motorbike. A good base for anyone looking to tour through the Pyrenees. Breakfast was very good as well with a great and varied selection available.

This is the same for most hotels in Europe, there were no facilities to make a cup of tea/coffee in the room, ie no kettle!

Didn't use the pool but it looked nice enough, hotel is right in the centre of town, free parking at the hotel was full so I paid 10 euros per night for a space in the hotels garage.

Bed was uncomfortable.

I loved the location, pool, room and the very friendly and efficient staff. Thank you for making our stay so great. The breakfast was good value for money. I loved that the extra bed for my son and the crib for my baby were set and the temperature of the room was perfect since the AC was on prior to arrival, which is highly appreciated after a long trip in the car. Thanks, we'll definitely be back..

Mini golf needs a bit of maintenance.

Parking for bikes was a bit difficult to get in and out of due to tight angle. Good central location

Large room, bath a bonus after a long motorcycle ride. Quiet, good breakfast, good car park. Great pool, easy to find, close to everything.

No bar facilities. I understand there used to be one.

When you book a hotel with bar and restaurant thats what you expect not both are closed and you have to eat elsewhere

Although, slightly disappointed that the bar and dining facilities were closed on arrival, the receptionist pointed us in the direction of an excellent café/bar, where we had a great meal and a couple of drinks at an exceptionally reasonable price.

Breakfast was good indeed but staff has a problem where to let you sit, when there are plenty of tables set up for only 2 people that are empy and at time of Covid I thing it's very bad customer service not to let people sit down where they want and far from other people specially when they dont serve you, so I couldn't see the problem.

Room didn't look like the one on the photo with a nice clean shower. For the price I give it 2 stars only. A bid deceiving. My wife who is French and speaks some english at the reception could only get instructions in Spanish to get to her room. Luckly my wife understands some spanish. Disappointed. It's clean but too expensive for the service provided and the quality of the facilities.

Very comfortable room, plenty of room. Terrific hot shower. Had dinner in their restaurant and had the best roast lamb we’ve had in a long time. So delicious. Hotel is just across the road from the old town centre where there are plenty of bars and cafes. Parking on-site was good.
