Too hot, air on inefficient. Shower cubicle too small to move in, so small I couldn’t shower. Bed sheets like canvas. Very uncomfortable. Very average breakfast. Overpriced to be honest. Hotel is tired and could do with a makeover.

Our room a gorgeous view from the window. Big room with comfortable beds. Very clean and neat room. Really liked the restaurant downstairs, good food and good service. Good location and would definitely stay there again!

Location of the hotel is very close to shops and sights. I like that the reception is open 24hrs. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a lift so it was not hard to drag our bags. They have a restaurant which has good food.

No AC, so it was a bit warm in the room ( May). The shower room is very small and tight ( not a problem) but the floor is really slippery.

Excellent location in the old town with public parking nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurant. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting San Marino.

Hotel Cesare is lovely. Location at the entrance to town , basic room small but functional. The staff are excellent, the restaurant amazing. You must have dinner here - the chef cooking over the hot coals - the best.

staff paid attention to detail when there was a very minor issue

The location was great, it meant we could stay in town while the day-trippers left and get to the sights early before they arrived.

The room was incredibly hot and the temperature control didn't seem to work, which meant it was impossible to sleep. We had to open the window and the street outside was extremely loud until after midnight and then again from about 5am.

LOCATION. ROOM WAS A GOOD SIZE. RESTAURANT WAS EXCELLENT WITH GOOD FOOD AND WONDERFUL VIEWS.

NO INFORMATION IN THE ROOM ABOUT HOW TO OPERATE THE TV BY USING 2 THE 2 REMOTE CONTOLS. NOTHING TO EXPLAIN HOW TO OPERATE THE HEATING/AIRCON. NO INFO ABOUT THE HOTEL AT ALL. NO KETTLE OR COFFEE IN THE ROOMS ALTHOUGH ONE WAS SUPPLIED ONCE REQUESTED. NO PROPER LOUNGE.

The best hotel I have ever stayed. the view from the room was fantastic, the location was great. The food was tasty. We also had dinner in their restaurant and the food was amazing. The staff was very kind.

Very beautiful hotel in the pedestrian area. Some restaurant's and shop's are near the hotel. Big room with balcony and beautiful view to San Marino. Parking place nr.6 is 100 m from the hotel and price was 4 euro day.

there was this strong perfume smell in the room that quickly became very annoying and gave me a headache

the penthouse room is fabulous but the bed is so hard and uncomfortable I considered sleeping in the chair, we came away with major aches and pains and the shower poured water everywhere, I’d take out the bath and leave a shower
