L’accueil le personnel le réceptionniste le night le personnel de chambre le p’tit déjeuner bcp de choix l’emplacement incroyable stratégique au centre de tout !! Tout est à proximité vraiment magnifique !!! Les chambres incroyablement propre 👌👌👌

hôtel à rénover un peu vieillissant salle de bain à rénover pas de douchette pas de téléphone en chambre mais chambre très très propre et confortable très spacieuse bcp de rangement grand balcon demander vue plage pas vue piscine car on voit les toits sales des infrastructures

Accueil convivial, Le personnel est au petit soin pour ses clients. Supermarchés, supérette restaurants et fast food à proximité ainsi que la plage à 5 minute

Toilets don’t have water taps to clean ourselves which is quite unexpected in Morocco! . There’s not even a water kettle in the toilet .. I hope management will reconsider this ..

Good location. Staff were helpful the majority of the time.

Constant noise from renovation work on the floors above, we weren't told about this on check-in, also weren't told about the A/C not working. Rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly enough, towels weren't replaced unless we asked them to, bedding changes were questionable, given we stayed there for 2 weeks. Cracked tiles by the pool, no repair work carried out, just a lounger placed on top to prevent anyone walking on them. Overall, it is not a pleasant stay, for the price paid, definitely not a 4-star, in my opinion. Feedback was given to a duty manager. Nothing has been received yet in the form of an email from senior management as promised before we left. When we were asked what compensation we'd like, we requested a partial refund, which wasn't possible due to the length of time we'd stayed at the hotel. I'm not sure I'd visit again unless all of the issues above are rectified and the price of the hotel stay was slashed.

L’accueil au petit soin , la piscine et la vue sur la baie . Le parking privé gratuit , l’accès à la plage en 5 minutes . Le petit dej est très fournit avec un choix assez varié .
