Allt! Precis allt var topp! Inredning med en air av lyx, samtidig som det kändes varmt välkomnande, personalen serviceminded och med vänligt bemötande, SAGOLIK frukost, både vacker och välsmakande. Mest fantastiska hotellet jag bott på! Och då har jag inte ens nämnt det ofattbart bra läget, eller den sköna sängen... . 11 av 10 för detta hotell! Hoppas jag kan återvända!

Meget bra totalopplevelse! God beliggenhet. Stort innbydende rom med det lille ekstra som får deg til å føle seg velkommen. God seng. Nespressomaskin. Gode hygieneprodukter. Hyggelig personale. God frokost.

The room was excellent. Comfortable bed. Tv with cable connection. Good toilet and bathroom. Excellent quality overall. Worth for the money. The breakfast was good.

Location. As I have lived in Gothenburg I knew this was a good area.

Hotel was not cleaned to a good standard. Single room was very worn. Curtains fell off. Evacuation sign broken and left on the bed . Room in need of a refurbishment. Staff helpful. As Coldplay was in town the price was more than double.

Noisy rooms - rooms do not lock automatically and key is very large to fit in a purse.

More of a bed and breakfast feel, staff was outstanding, rooms are great- very cozy…

We liked everything…

It was fairly small and that meant the staff were friendly-they were lovely! It had a cool feel. I liked the individual touches at breakfast such as ‘homemade’ granola, and cracker bread and delicious bread. Our room was at the back overlooking a courtyard and this meant it was quiet.

The room needed somewhere more to hang clothes and some drawers. I would have liked somewhere more convenient to hang my bath towel whilst in the shower. It was on the back of the door but a nearer place would help.

The staff is very friendly 🙂 Breakfast "helt ok" but nothing I can say WOW. The location is great 👍🏼 Very clean 👌🏼

Room 12 The bed mattress. A single bed with two mattresses that slipped all the time. I got up several times to fix the bed. Both mattresses slipped and I fell 🫥 I spoke to the receptionist about the incident and hope they resolve it. One more thing, as if the problem with the bed was not enough, there is no air conditioning in the room and not even a small fan! I had to open the window to get air in, but... Too much traffic, difficult to sleep with so much noise and to complete, a slippery bed.

This place has a very nice atmosphere and fancy decoration, the staff is very friendly and eager to help you in whatever you need.

The lift is small, not very convenient for guests bringing lots of luggage/baby cars. I was traveling alone carrying a small suitcase, in my case the stairs worked perfectly

Cleanliness was good, location is great, breakfast is good, staff is nice.

Rooms are not sound proof, Every step of someone walking outside in the corridor/hallway can be heard inside the room. Similarly every step of people staying in room directly above the one you are staying can also be heard which is not good.

Very nice and friendly staff with good offering of drinks as tee, coffee and water.

My bed was way to soft and very narrow.

Definitely not worth the price. Besides the lobby and the breakfast, the room was only a step above a hostel
