The hotel was very cosy and comfortable. It was very clean. It surprised me ,as it did not lool like much from the outside. I loved that they had complemtary coffee , tea and pastries available for the guests, all day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were restaurants on the same road, as well as a grocery. I also loved thay free parking was just across tje road. Their breakfast was simple but complete.

When you showered, tje whole bathroom floor would get wet. I think the glass door on the shower, is too short.

Overall i like the 'vibe' of the place. Nice room, balcony. Staff was friendly. The sort of room I could iamine returning to with a laptop to spend a week writing or other form of remote working.

The staff was really friendly. The room very clean and has a nice design. The location is pretty close to the center. All the internet and TV services are working well, you can have access to the streaming platforms , you can even find an HDMI connector on the desktop. The bed is comfortable and the cleaning maintenance is doing a great job. The only thing i would complain is that the shower cabin is leaking sometimes. Overall a great experience.

Very nice rooms and comfortable bed, well located, heated (stayed there in winter), had a balcony.

We didn't get good WiFi in our rooms. That's probably because it was in a corner Otherwise 5 star accommodation.

Rita was great greeting us at our arrival. She was very friendly and had great recommendations for us. The bed was excellent as well as the layout of the room. Not a lot of space but everything well thought and very practical. The bathroom was amazingly distributed with quick hot water in the shower and plenty of space in the sink area.

The location was not the best in town but had pluses and cons.

Great location in Sagres, at short walking distance from the main street, its bars, and access to the beach. There is a very spacious free parking area just at the corner, as well as a supermarket on the opposite side. The unique pharmacy is also very closeby. There is free instant coffee and tea at the reception, which we appreciated as we only drink coffee in the morning. The room was nice, clear and spacious, and the bathroom was very spacious too. The beds and pillows are very comfy and the room (and hotel overall) very quiet, fantastic for a great night sleep. Last but not least, there was air conditioning in the room.

A bit more flexibility on the check in time (i.e. if the room is ready) would be appreciated, however the front desk is not staffed before that.

beautiful, clean, perfect location. We were in the ‘Jade’ room which was a superior double. We had our own private terrace which had the sun in the morning and afternoon and had our own loungers. Bed was super comfy and the room was just to lovely and cosy. Our room was serviced everyday and was spotless. Would definitely return and request the same room again.

Only thing I would say is that this is expensive compared to other places. However, you will understand why and it is worth the money.

The property is centrally located, walkable to restaurants and beaches. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a Buffet style and several options. recommend!

The staff was super friendly and they helped us with our extra requests. The room was nice and big enough. There was a mini fridge as well and the tv had even Netflix which is always nicer than tv in our opinion. The hotel was within 10 minutes walking distance from the city’s center. Another cool detail was that the rooms all had a different color theme to constitute a certain vibe which we found cool. There was also a big and cozy spare blanket which was awesome.

At 4am the waste collection was very loud for about 15 minutes. Our room was next to the street and we had our window open though. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t too much of our liking. The decorative tomatoes were reused multiple times and looked dry and a little bit moldy at further inspection. The orange juice wasn’t fresh but a packaged one filled into a glass container. The last day, the orange juice tasted funky and not as sweet and mild as on the first day.
