Location and Breakfast was good

There is humidity smell in the room, Carpets and very dirty carpets smalls very bad. Too expensive with very low quality

Very good place, great location and very nice beach. Lot of place near to eat or drink.

Chambre avec vue route. Il manque cruellement de navette Yas Express, toujours obligé d’attendre une ou 2 avant de pouvoir rentrer et elles viennent tous les 1/4 heure au mieux.

The location is great. Apartments are very spacious. Breakfast was great too.

The cleaners do not wash the dishes..

The room size, facility, staff and the ambiance of the hotel.

Kitchen utensils are bit old but not a big deal as we dine out all the time.

We needed a suite with a fridge and room for our nanny and this did the job

Exceptional front desk staff, friendly polite and helpful. Room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast was plentiful and a wide selection and beautifully presented.

If Indian Guests are more , on those days Indian Vegetarian items in Break Fast should be more. Reception Table should be large. It gives first impression of Lower grade Hotel. Baggage Loading and unloading from lobby to car should be done by your staff,

המיקום הוא בסדר אך לא מעבר לכך. יש שאטלים בחינם לאטרקציות-מצויין. יש בריכה, מהמלון ליד (קראון פלאזה) ניתן להגיע לחוף פרטי (חוף נחמד ושקט). ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, מגוונת וטעימה. עשינו צק אוט ב 5 לפנות בוקר והמלון דאג לנו לקופסת אוכל לדרך-תודה רבה היה טעים.

הזמנו חדר לזוג + 2. עשינו צק אין בשעה 20:00 בקבלה ידעו שאנחנו זוג + 2 ילדים שאלתי בקבלה האם הכל מוכן כי אנחנו נחזור מאוחר ונאמר שכן. הלכנו ישר לטייל, חזרנו ב 22:00 התברר לנו שבחדר יש רק מיטה זוגית. חיכינו מעל 40 דקות שיביאו עוד שתי מיטות לילדים, העובד הגיע עם מיטה אחד. פנינו שוב לקבלה ולמנהל ורק אז הביאו עוד מיטה. בקבלה הציע לנו פיצוי- בקבוק מים (הייתי בהלם מהפיצוי המוזר). החדר לזוג+2 מאוד צפוף ולא נוח. המזרון במיטת יחיד קשיח מאוד ולא נוח. באחד המיטות הסדינים היו עם חורים. אין סבון לשטיפת כלים. כשמתקלחים במקלחת המים זולגים לריצפה כי אין וילון נומרלי. במסדרונות יש ריח לא נעים. מאוכזב. יומיים היינו במלון ועדיין לא הבנו איזה מפסק איזה אור מכבה-ממש מוזר. השקעים מצריכים מתאם או קומבינה כדי לשים את המטען הרגיל.

Location, staff helpfulness, coffee machines, openness to Crown Plaza swimming pool. The long African man was helpful and so kind. Very close to bus stop and Yas Attractions.

Nonbranded water, suspected filled from tap 🤪 , uncomfortable beds, bathroom taps were rusty, room 578 and bathroom doors closes hardly, no variety of breakfast, but it's value for money.

It's was nice experience to stay at this place

I like the room, it is very big and clean, and especially the breakfast is very good. Mr. Norben was very helpful, cheerful and very accomodating during breakfast. He serves us with a smile.

Charged for ice - never been charged for a bucket of ice at a hotel anywhere in the world before
