This was an amazing experience! The property is meticulously maintained. Beautiful landscaping and building interior. The team members are outstanding, always there to help and make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent choice of food with buffet and a la carte restaurants on site. The location of the resort between the sea and the mountains is just perfect!

One of the most beautiful places in nearby region to stay! Wonderful territory, great interioir, plenty of activities and ultra-professional and polite staff. I really believe this place will give you at least great vacation experience.

It was good location and very quiet and clean. Not all the staffs are able to speak English, which is understandable for the country.

I have to say that the facilities were top-notch. The resort was situated in a beautiful location, with stunning views of the ocean and a variety of activities to keep guests entertained. The resort had a large, beautiful pool that was clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available, and the pool bar was always well-stocked with drinks and snacks. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and free Wi-Fi. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy throughout our stay. The resort offered a wide range of activities, including water sports, beach volleyball, and live entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was always something to do for guests of all ages. While the resort had a lot to offer, unfortunately, the food was a bit of a disappointment. While there were several restaurants on site, the quality of the food was inconsistent and often lacked flavor. Additionally, the buffet-style meals were not well-presented, and the selection of dishes was somewhat limited. Overall, while I would recommend the resort for its facilities and activities, I would caution future guests to manage their expectations when it comes to the food. If you're looking for a luxury vacation with a wide range of activities, this resort might be a good choice. However, if you're a foodie or have high expectations for dining experiences, this may not be the best option for you.

Staff at the hotel speak “only” Russian which is very strange. I speak English and they answer in Russian. Rooms could be better and more cleaner.

We liked our stay very much! - we were upgraded from a regular family room to a villa by the pool! also it is really quiet at the villas - the food was suuuuper delicious - the nature in this location is spectacular - mountain view and all that - the sea is crystal clear and still warm enough in the beginning of november - the territory is super pretty and picturesque of course, there were a lot of facilities and things to do, also there is a big kids club with a lot of activities and mini - aquapark with the lazy river (there is a big aquapark also)

there was a strong smell of the mold from under the beds on the first floor of the villa - exactly were our heads were laying. very unpleasant. but the rooms themself were clean. also - though it is totally normal for this season - you should keep in mind the all the outdoor pools including villas pools and super cold in the autumn and not heated. still!! we managed to use slides in mini-aquapark )

Guest Services staff made this the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel in the world. Especially a lady named Rima. Not only were that not helpful with any of my problems, she even lied and blamed me for the problems at the hotel. She should be fired for her behavior and performance. It's a shame because I have stayed at 2 other Rixos properties in the area and they were great, especially the guest services team at Rixos Sungate. However, this experience was so bad that I will never visit a Rixos property again.

if the would provide more shuttle buses to roam around the hotel. It was super hot when we were there (heat wave maybe) and we hated walking around under the sun we booked 2 rooms in the main building and I have to say that the design and the furniture are very bad! The door of the toilet/bathroom doesn’t close completely and no privacy The furniture (mainly the bed) has pointy edges! we all have bruises now on the our legs! and it is not safe for the kids The rooms definitely need renovation

Staff were great. Food was superb. Pools and facilities great.

Everything involving the rooms was very poor. House keeping was bad, always missed things and did not fill or replace used items. Rooms generally small and old. I recommend getting villas only. They are newly built.
