Our family made an extended weekend get away, and we were happy with the accommodations we found at the condo. The checkin process went smoothly and the few questions we had were answered almost immediately by staff. The condo is well stocked with things needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The close proximity to downtown was great and we didn’t have to move our vehicles except when we went to explore the area. We would recommend the unit for large family/group gatherings. Thank you.

The condo was great. Separate bedroom for each of us, great parking, walking distance to town and the shuttle bus, and the place was clean and well stocked. Had an issue with TV internet and the key lock box and the help team got to us and fixed the issues right away. Very helpful on the phone and kept in touch with us. Overall, and great stay and I'm happy with my VRBO experience!

This is a great little condo on 4 O'Clock. We really enjoyed the ski in/ski out, and the full stocked kitchen.
Do be aware that the hot tub is about a .4 mile walk away. It wasn't too bad, but in the snow with bathing suits it got to be pretty chilly!

Great location and access to the downtown area and ski resort! Was able to easily walk up to the Snowflake chair in the morning, and ski back on 4 O'Clock at the end of the day - couldn't have been easier. We had the grandparents and the grandkids with us, and the shuttle stop is right in front of the property which it made it very easy for them. The Heat N Glow fireplace pumps out the heat, making the main area very cozy.
Parking can be a bit dicey as there are no assigned spots and no consistent permitting, so if someone is parking without a permit it becomes a game of musical chairs. We were left without a spot one night after dinner (despite the rental having permits), but the property managers worked with us to find an alternative.

Perfect location. The walk to Snowflake lift is a good warmup on the legs before skiing. Able to ski right into the back door from 4 O’Clock run. TONS of space. Easy parking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a rental to ski at Breckenridge.

We have never left a negative review. Please don't misconstrue this review as spiteful. We would be remiss in sharing a review of this unit without being honest about the conditions as we found them when checking in. Out of date, needs a facelift and worn out are all synonymous. You can't clean worn out. Items take on dirt and an odor which can't be cleaned. Other issues consisted of; a smoke detector in the basement sleeping area, hanging by wires w/o a battery. The family room skylight leaks. We found the smoke detector for the kitchen in a drawer and reinstalled it, not sure if it actually works. There was mold on the wall outside of the shower, etc. Most closets were full of extra furniture. The family room furniture was pretty beat up/worn out. The carpet has aged significantly since the unit photos were taken. Again, we aren't being spiteful and only wish to inform others. We are not seeking a reimbursement or a discount on future stays, etc. The unit has a good floor plan, it just truly needs renovation. Respectfully

Loved this property! There were 6 of us that stayed on our annual ski trip and the location could not have been more perfect. Short walk to snowflake lift, 4 o’clock to back door, and walking into town in less than 10 minutes. Floor plan was large enough for 3 couples to have their own space without walking on top of each other. We would absolutely stay again

The location can’t be beat with just a short walk to Main Street. It was quiet and the home is spacious. The only recommendation we have is to add a rail to the top bunk bed. We changed our sleeping arrangements because it was too dangerous to let one of the kids sleep up there.

The location is incredible! Just a short walk to the stunning creek and Main Street of downtown Breckinridge. The space could use a facelift at some point to further modernize and it does get quite hot on the top level in the summer with no AC and missing screens on the windows, but on the whole we were very happy to have such an amazing spot to set up camp for our mountain weekend.

This condo was great for our girls get-away. Location was great…short walk to town for restaurants and shopping. Also near hiking trails. Condo was spacious with plenty of seating. Kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were also comfortable. One suggestion would be better instructions for using the thermostats as they were older and somewhat confusing. The unit could use some updating, but overall it was a perfect choice for us and we would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was the perfect size for us. The kitchen is well stocked and the large dining table made room for meals, games, and Lego construction. The management took care of a problem we had immediately. The location is perfect for walking down to the downtown and up to the hikes. We hope to return some day.

Not only is this ski-in condo at an ideal location for access to the mountain and town, but the spacious living area and private bedrooms were perfect for our 2-family vacation. Pool and hottub facilities were perfect after a long day on the mountain. Short walk to town for great family dining and shopping. Will come again!

A couple blocks up from the Snowflake lift, you can take that up and down to the peak 8 base, which is a great starting point (where the main town Gondola drops you off at). Also a location for ski school, and outs you on two very easy slopes. You can also take it to the 4 o’clock/ lower 4 o’clock into the back yard! A true ski in/ski out. There’s also a Breck free ride bus stop immediately outside the front door that will take you into town. It’s .4 miles from the main village area/ the Maggie (where village ski school is at), and an easy walk downtown & Main Street.
Plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows.
The basement has a comfy queen bed, a twin bunk bed, pull out couch, tv & full bath. The main floor has a back door entrance or a front door “mud room” area into the kitchen, with a dining table that could seat 10, plus an eat up bar for 4. Plenty of comfy couch seating around the fireplace & TV. Top floor had 2 bedrooms and a full bath.
Great that each floor has a humidifier, because you’ll need it if you’re not used to the dry air.
If you have infants/toddlers, there’s a pack & play in the upstairs master closet & a high chair in the main floor closet.
Overall a great home away from home in a great location.

Great vacation spot. The property manager was attentive after we booked and during check-in and throughout the stay. This is a family home that has everything you need to make our stay comfortable, but it's not fancy. We would book again.

We enjoyed out stay very much. The condo was very clean and perfectly located. We walked to Main Street everyday and skied out and in. We put all the boys downstairs with more than enough room and privacy and my daughter and ourselves upstairs. We would most definitely rent again.

The location is great, the communication was quite good, I had to contact someone and they replied immediately. I think the instructions in the house need help. For example, "put the trash in the enclosure" seems misleading since the dumpster was in a building that resembled a garage. The thermostats were difficult to understand. Overall, we had a great visit and the house was fine. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, which I mention because if we had come with my in-laws, this wouldn't have worked but as it was it worked out great since we are all able to do stairs. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and a few spices.
