the whole hotel was terrible! all dirty and unsanitary. there a bugs in the room and the shower. there is no duvet in middle of January. we got freeze till morning and we’re sick now. I suggested to all to find another clean hotel.

I thought the rooms were too small and the mattresses could have been better quality. would of preferred a view out onto the street then into a grey courtyard

Excellent location, good value

There was a power cut when I arrived, after three hours wait l insisted on being given a room, after 6 hours power was restored. No refund, no action, the lady on reception simply stared out of the window. Room was not very clean. While it wasn't the hotels fault, I lost one of my two nights there, no apology. Room was tiny and hot, lots of street noise. Filthy windows. Customer service lacking, when I asked for a price reduction the lady asked why!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good and the price was okay. You get what you pay for I guess.

The carpet in the hotel looks like it’s 100 years old and never been cleaned. The lift never worked. The rooms are very warm and okay clean.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was always clean, bigger than anticipated (based on other people's reviews) and everything worked fine. Location is absolutely perfect.

Walls are very thin, so you can hear everything happening next door, but if you get earplugs, you're all set.

The atmosphere of the hostel was nice. The staff (not all of It) was really kind especially the italian girl. I had a problem about payements on booking and they solve it. Clean and good room. I would recommend it.

It would be nice if the staff would spend a few minutes to explain the main of the city and about the organization of the hostel. Not all the staff was nice, maybe because I was not speacking french.

rooms are clean, place is tidy. very basic though, no clim, small, shabby carpets, used furniture, well, its a 2* in the center of marseille. but well run, relatively cheap.
