El acceso por caminos de tierra con piedras dificulta un poco el trayecto

Pros: -Butler Darell war super freundlich und bereit alle möglichen Einkäufe und Wünsche zu erfüllen. -Ganzer Strand plus Pool für uns alleine gehabt. Pool mit Quellwasser ohne Chlor. -Breakfast, Lunch und Dinner am Strand. -Zu Beginn sehr positiv überascht aber das legt sich mit jedem Tag ein bisschen mehr.

Cons: -Zu hohe verpflegungs Preise. Eine Flasche Wasser (500ml) 48 pesos ist total überteuert im einem so heißen Land. Man merkt das die Inhaberin aufgrund der wenig Gäste soviel wie möglich von den Gästen extrahieren will. -Bei den Pommes die wir bestellten, war eine frittiertes Insekt dabei, Preis wurde nicht erstattet. Das Hähnchen Curry war nicht ganz durch und teilweise rosa... -versteckte Kosten bei jedem Gericht auf der Karte (12%vat+10%service), obwohl diese schon bei 200-700pesos pro Gericht gepreist sind. -Ameisen ohne Ende im Zimmer die auch oft im Bett gekrabbelt sind. -Jeden Tag am Strand von einheimischen Verkäufern belästigt worden, die mit ihren Booten angefahren sind, sobald man einen Fuß auf den Strand gesetzt hat, für völlig überteuerten Ramsch. Man musste täglich mehrmals kommunizieren das man nichts kaufen möchte bis diese endlich abgehauen sind. -Durch vielfaltige Vegetation auf dem Gelände gab es extrem viele Mosquitos, man sollte sich auf 3-5 Stiche am Tag vorbereiten und unbedingt Insektenschutz mitnehmen. -Der Duschkopf in der Dusche war völlig zu verkalkt und das Wasser ist nur aus drei vier Löchern gekommen. -Man war sehr isoliert und es wird schnell langweilig weshalb wir vorzeitig nach 3 von 4 Tagen ausgecheckt sind. -Ganzes Gelände ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man auch. -Wassersport Aktivitäten wie Jetski fahren, mit denen geworden wurde waren nicht möglich, da diese defekt waren.

Staff are very helpful.

Stairs from parking to the resort is a challenge. Close to impossible for Senior citizens and PWD. Food is good but can be better. It is also pricey. Rooms are spacious with adequate aircon. Toilets and bathrooms are ok with warm water. Some of the structures need repainting/ reconstructing like the pool bar. There is no curfew imposed. Some of the guests were loud and partying even after 1am. This is not ideal for other guests that need to relax.

Breakfast location by the beach is nice

Price is high for the location. Its not child and elderly friendly. Stairs going to the resort is too long and steep for them. You have to carry your own luggage. Well they found a vehicle for them upon check out but we were made to pay extra and the drive took them 30minutes from the cottage to the back-entrance. We wene not informed of this long wait. Beach is full of washed corals, not the kind whre you can just lay down, play, and swim. Understaffed too. No one to attend to us after 6pm.

I did not arrive and stay in the accommodation. I gave up because of bad comments and reviews from other guests and for security reasons

I am really struggling with this review. this place has so much potential. the folks were super nice and helpful. the food was good. this is a great place to completely DISCONNECt as you are isolated. your pretty much left to buy the food and water there.

the photos on booking.com are old. it’s run down and in need of repair. the pool was empty, the beach wasn’t really a beach.
