The shower overflowed and flooded our bathroom which made the floor very slippery and dangerous.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The service was great, the hotel itself smells incredible, looked incredible. The pictures online did an amazing job showing the ambience of the hotel. The room service was immaculate. The spa area with the jacuzzi was so comfortable and I could have stayed there the whole day! 10/10 would come again and have already recommended this hotel to several colleagues.

I wish I had known the spa was booked. Only regret was not receiving my hot stones massage and facial like I hoped. But my experience was still great!

the rooms were not clean enough, there was dust on the cabinets and walls and also in the corners of the room. A very strange decision - a toilet in the closet. Namely, they made a door to the toilet, as if a closet - without handles and locks! just two hinged doors from the closet! Narnia with toilet room... really strange. The room has a lot of furniture with sharp corners, in particular, there are high bedside tables with open corners near the bed. Because of this, when you get out of bed, you can easily get a head injury. Judging by the wear and tear of the corner of the furniture, it had been hit many times. The staff inattentively reads the correspondence - because of this, for a child of 10 years old, they brought a bed for a child of 1 year old.

Finding the hotel and close to the main road. Ok with parking. The size of the extra large room I ordered. The beds was very comfortable.

First, I was asked to make a deposit for the minibar provided. The room was very cold when we arrived. Probably it hasn't been used for some time. There was a very bad way of blinds/roulette/jalusia of the window in the bathroom. The mirror ended up behind and if you didn't lower the blinds then it was free sight in. Now, I made mine own solution and maybe the cleaning staff didn't like it. Also, the tap in the shower was so difficult to handle because it hasn't been used for quite a while. There was no heating in the bathroom. Only the towel heating so the floor tiles was very cold to walk on. The bathroom door couldn't be locked, only closed. The exclusive Toilet had a cheap seating. There are soft closing versions. In my perspective, this isn't a five star hotel at all.

Nice spa, good mix of modern and antique furniture. the massage was amazing, can recommend.

Not very welcoming staff, room was quite small for a 5star hotel, and there were a couple of broken things in the room. the windows could not be opened and it was quite bad air in it.

We booked Kings room with glass walls. It was awesome: spacious and comfortable. I definitely admired by design. Room is comfortable and silent. Relaxing massage was wonderful. Delicious food in the Restaurant. Comfortable SPA

The light in the wardrobe wasn’t switched off properly. No one helps you with luggage or show you the room. For some reason I paid online and while check-in the amount was pended +40 euro more. I’m not sure why and need to check later what amount exactly was withdrawn to pay for stay. Тhe Reception Staff is not pay enough attention to guests.
