Everything! The staff is so friendly and kind. It makes the entire trip very special. Wonderful location. Riding the hotel bike to the nearby beach/ village is a must. It was such a wonderful experience! Good breakfast.

The bathroom is a good size but the separate toilet room was a little small.

Bad experience with the staff, tried three times to pay and procceed with the check out but was imposible due to phone calls that they considered more important to attend than to charge/collect our money for the room.

Imposible to park near the hotel. Girl in the front desk barely speaks english and not a word of spanish, pretty hard to comunicate with her if you dont speak french. Nothing to do with the hotel but the place is probably worst hollyday destination in France. Try to avoid the area.

No parking at all and that was one of the main reasons for choosing that hotel. No Wifi!

Près de la plage, employée sympa, on pourrait dormir avec les enfants dans la même chambre, très propre

On a dû trouver un parking dans la rue autour de l'hôtel même s'il apparaît le symbole du parking sur booking.com

The room has a lot of space

Arrived at 8, information about use of keys, no information about the room. Could not find any information about air conditioning, could not get it to work In the morning, could not get any hot water. Upon leaving we were told the water needed to run for ten minutes for the hot water to arrive. Booked the buffet breakfast that we did not take closing to leave early. We were offered free coffee but were charged for the breakfast.

very noisy…..mainly due to builders next door (Outside our balcony) Hammering at 7am every morning Rooms cramped & Bed small.

An excellent location right on the beach promenade with several restaurants close by. Friendly and efficient personnel. A good size en-suite shower room and separate toilet. Pet-friendly.

The double bed was only of standard size, which we found too small. The bedroom was also small.
